Oregon Film & Video Office has just posted on their site that the Twilight movie is In Production and will be shot in the “Portland area; Estacada; North Coast.” They also ask for resumés on their jobs page, at their site, that their hiring for the Twilight movie:

I heard that there will be an announcement of the main cast on January 30th. Also someone on the imdb boards who saw some of the auditions had this to say:
“The main cast is also almost completely set with an announcement scheduled for January 30th. This will be made via the internet and through press release via Hollywood Reporter and daily variety. Watch for it.
I saw some auditions and I don’t think the fans will be disappointed with some of the choices made. Only clues i will pass on so don’t ask is do you like Lost?”
Ooh…who could it be? I’m guessing maybe Maggie Grace for Rosalie or even Emilie De Ravin for Rosalie.
Or Ian Somerhalder for Carlisle or Jasper!
