he is jacob…i just know it. which is good! he fits nicely as jacob. the more and more i think about it the more he grows on me and the more i like him.

A ton of people (me being one of them) have asked him who he’s going to be playing. He probably just wanted to let everyone know that he’s not going to be announcing anything until Summit does. I don’t blame him, imagine all of those messages x_x

could he be. NOTHING. If he is something else I will EAT all three books. I mean really. Other then that I like him as “young” Jacob. Or “pre-transformation” Jacob. Whatever you want to call him I like it.

I was so shocked when i read that he was confirmed to be in the movie (it didn’t say who he was, of coarse!) but, before the confirmation, i kept asking my friends if they had seen Cheaper by the Dozen 2, and the kid who played Elliot…trying to convince them all that he’d be brilliant for the part! and i was SHOCKED, to say the least, when they put him in the cast, because i had absolutely NO IDEA…it would be amazing if he really does play Jake…i’d feel like a psychic!

I have to admit I wasn’t sure about him being Jacob, but after watching a lot of videos of him on you tube, I think he will be so perfect! He will be the hottest young Jake, and then give em a few years to make the other movies, and wahBAM!!!!! he will be all grown up and gorgeous!

I think he is Jacob, for sure. I have seen some of his stuff, and I think he would be good as Jacob anyway.

….I feel like I am the only one who is deeply disgusted by everyone they have cast thus far….I do not think he fits Jacob at ALL.

the only roles I can say I am somewhat OK with are Carlisle and Emmett….I dislike everybody else.

I like Taylor, I think he has a lot of potential as Jacob.

As to answer the previous post, I’ve come to terms that there is no such thing as vampires and therefore no one can mirror their natural beauty. For goodness sake I’m still hearing people moan over Gaspard Ulleil not being cast as Edward. They think a British Edward is bad, imagine a French one! I’m just saying I think the fan base should give the actors a chance to prove themselves based on how well their acting reflects the character and not just by looks.

And if their acting sucks, then I’ll eat something painful and plastic.

love him for jake. he could pull it off no doubt about itttt!
and no worries about acting skills…let the director take care of that, im sure he can work on it with them to get out of the “disney channel” roles onto real ones
