1.) TM: Have you read the books?

Ashley: Yes of course I’ve read all three books! A few times actually. I finished
all three books, and become a fan before I was even cast!

2.) TM: What do you do in Portland with your spare time? Do you need a local tour
guide? No charge. My number is (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Ha ha.

Ashley: Time off. HA! No, um just trying to explore the city. It really is a
gorgeous place! I’ve decided I would like a house here. And thank you for the
offer, that’s incredibly sweet…. I might just take you up on the offer when I’m
here on my own time

3.) TM: What is your favorite Alice moment in the books, if you have read them?

Ashley: Favorite Alice moment? Hmm…. there are a few but a moment that always
makes me smile is the whole yellow Porsche bit…. it shows a playful warm
connection between Edward and Alice

Creator.com has confirmed in a recent article that Billy Burke will be playing Charlie in the upcoming Twilight movie.

 “I started off my career being the bad boyfriend running around with the gun, and now I’m officially old enough to play a 17-year-old’s father,” observes Billy Burke, recently seen in the thriller “Untraceable” — and now, just beginning work as Kristen Stewart’s pere in the adaptation of Stephenie Meyers’ young adult novel, “Twilight.” “It’s about a young girl who comes to live with her dad and falls for a vampire — sort of a vampire Romeo and Juliet.” At the helm is Catherine Hardwicke, “one of my favorite up-and-coming directors — who did ‘Thirteen’ and ‘Lords of Dogtown.’”

Seth updated Stephenie Meyers website with a message from Stephenie’s publicist:

“We’ll be announcing Stephenie’s tour schedule for The Host during the week of March 10th. The tour will kick-off on May 6th, the publication date for The Host, and will run through the month of May. Stephenie will be visiting Minneapolis, Kansas City, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Denver, Portland, Los Angeles and San Diego. All events will be ticketed and we will post the complete tour schedule, including how to obtain tickets, the week of March 10th. Please note, Stephenie will not be doing a large tour for Breaking Dawn, so if she is in your city for The Host you should take this opportunity to see her now!”
