My wife and I were there and we saw you two rambling around about 45 minutes before Stephenie came on. She spoke for about 30 minutes (answering random questions she had picked from the crowd) then began signing. She is an excellent public speaker (just in case any of you don’t realize that you can see many of her previous book tour speeches on YouTube.) There were 1000 tickets sold, my wife and I were 625/626, and there was not a single ticket that had been missed up to me as far as I know, however I never saw 627. Interesting factoid, I was the 19th guy that had been through the line at that point. There were overall probably 25-30 guys there. She started signing books (everybody had one or two copies of a Twilight series book) at 8:00. My wife and I got signed around 10:30, so she was averaging about 250/hour. Her hand must have been falling off, but she was friendly and upbeat as we all moved past her, making pleasant conversation with each of us as she signed our books She is always grateful that people enjoy her writing as much as she does. Thanks to her perseverance and upbeat demeanor, it was a lot of fun!
lucky. I was 948 haha. It was interesting. Me and my friends just played Cranium to pass the time. I loved it thought, it was fun exploring the hotel and hanging out with friends.
Oh, it’s so sad. Stephenie looks so scared.
It was sooo fun! My friend and I sat next to you guys during the whole thing and waiting in the lobby too. You guys were so awesome! Thanks for letting us be on the video! It totally pays off being the first people there. We could have jumped up and touched Stephenie if we wanted to! ^_^

stephenie is soo funny! I love how she can just like makes jokes about some of the questions. I would have to agree wit her on the one question, even though I don’t write, it must be hard to not fall in love with the characters u are writing about, lol.

Cool video, its great to see her speaking about the book. There were some annoying flashing lights for the first minute or so when she was speaking, I guess ppl were really eager to take pics. Also I can’t believe she signed all those books as according to Todd, her hand must really hurt!
