Bella: “Only because they’re afraid you’ll suck their blood.”…then…when Alice is done, Bella looks in the mirror and sees that Alice has dressed her up really fancy with a feather boa maybe? hence last nights quote…Bella: “Why am I covered in feathers?”

This seems like the wedding to me too. I’m guessing that Alice, Rosalie, or Esme (or maybe all of them) are part of the wedding party (bridesmaids/maid of honor). Anyone would worry that they would look plain in comparison.

here is my thought….. alice is giving bella a makeover. that part is completely clear. as for bellas line, every one thinks the cullens are wierd and they dont really want to be near them(unless there is a party involved). bella could just be acting sarcastic, or as close as she can get to sarcastic.

Okay, here’s my thought. There are several theories, mainly about makeovers that hav to do with makeup. We all know how Bella loves to dress casuallly, and Alice loves to casually dress Bella up. (There’s a difference, especially what Alice calls casual) so maybe Alice was getting her new clothes and Bella was sulking about it. I bet the next thing that happens is that Alice glares at her, and Bella just glares back. Then Alice breaks the glare and goes back to hunting for clothes.It could happen.

I’m with everyone on the makeover thing, but as for the sucking their blood thing I think that’s just because most the people in school that know Alice knows how she is about the things she does (i.e. decorations, makeovers…). I think she’s just being sarcastic as to how people think Alice would act if they said something she didn’t like about the makeover.
