Edward could be saying this to anyone. Just becuase bella is the narator doesn’t mean it was said to her. She could have been there when Edward said it to someone else. All of these quotes are so criptic!

ok i don’t think bella went to vist jake unless she knows where he is. hsn’t anyone read the first chapter of breaking dawn that was in the special edition of eclipse??! it says that jake is in wolf form and no one knows excatly where he is but he is in canada or alaska. so unless jake comes back (which he might not) bella CAN’T go see jake at least anytime soon (like in the first few chapters)
hey i think it would be bella or alice that he’s talking to i mean if u’ve read eclispe u’ll kno she has experience in covering things up but it might still be on her face no matter wat she’s thinking but bella is most likely to look guilty even if it’s for no reason. IDK but none of us do not until the 2nd or the 4th for those like me who r unfortunate and live out of north america! i swear i’d move there if i could just to get the book those two days earlier seeming i’m struggling with keeping myself sane waiting this long but once i finish reading the book (it will only take me a week at the most to) i’ll probably lose it again till the movie comes out then midnight sun then i’ll just have to live with no more books which wont work to well! anyway who ever is choosing the quotes and i believe it would be the master herself (stephenie meyer) is doing an excellent job seeming the whole point is not to give anything away but make us crave for more quotes but most of all just the answer to the question these quotes have brought up such as: what is going on there? what could they being on about? what did he/she do now?
these are just a few question that pop up into my head but there are many more i admire SM’s brilliance and i hope to be a writer almost (but never because her work is the that will ever be writen) as awesome, fascinating, and extremely amaginative (these cant describe her or her work no words can but it is the best i can do) as she is and how she makes people such as myself dream of such love so strong that nothing can destroy it or defeat it and that even though it’s not exactly perfect still seems that way from the outside and in bella shoes! one can only hope to find something as strong as bella and edward, emily and sam, and jared and kim’s relationships! as well as one can only hope to make people realise, by just reading a books, see that love, life, and dreams are more important than you can ever imagine. and as albert einstein once said “imagination is everything” and “imagination is more important than knowlege” i truely believe that now thanks to stephenie. i feel like crying now damn it!
