There’s not one beautiful sentence in the entire first three books of the Twilight series. Bella and Edward fall in love immediately and desperately, for no reason except that they have to in order to get the damn book started. There’s a big vampire fight at the climax of the first book, but because Bella is unconscious during it, all the action is relayed afterward, in flashback. Oh, and none of the books have any real plot. It is difficult to relay here how enraging it is that characters either murmur or mutter—or both!—on nearly every page. Without those two words, the books would be noticeably shorter.

That is the meanest, rudest article that I have read about anything to do with Twilight. How did he get away with that? I know some people, even avid fans, didn’t like parts of Breaking Dawn (I am most certainly the polar opposite of anyone who had anything bad to say about it) but that was flat out rude. Why read the book if you obviously hate it so much? That guy seemed to be bashing the book just because no one else was, not because he disliked the book.
oh my gosh!!! this guy is a real idiot and jerk!!! i agree with izzy, with one correction, are you sure he has a wife? he obviously has no passion and love, otherwise he would be in love with these books just like we are. so how could anybody even THINK about falling in love with someone that has no emotion!!!

ALSO, she does not always wait for men to act. She goes to Italy to save Edward. She cuts herself to save Edward. She gives herself up to James to save her mother.
