I’m sure you all know that Stephenie will be on the Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday, September 17th. As the commercials say, check your local listings for a time in your area.

Every teenager in the country is reading STEPHENIE MEYER’S “Twilight” series of books (and will soon be watching the movies!). I am thrilled to announce that Stephenie is giving me a rare TV interview on Wednesday! Her latest book in the series, “Breaking Dawn,” is about a teenage girl who is torn between her love for a caring vampire and a sweet-natured werewolf. (Why are the good ones always taken?!) Stephenie was also writing a new book from Edward the Vampire’s point of view, but certain chapters got leaked online, and now she might not even release it! (I’m gonna try my best to talk her into it, or at least have her give me the scoop on what happens!)

I know! I will NEVER get over it if she doesn’t write it. I know I won’t. If it’s not Midnight Sun news, then she can at least update her site, saying that there has been no info the past weeks, because she has nothing to say! XD Or at least Seth can post something entertaining!

At first, I understood when she said Midnight Sun was on hold, but now I feel she is letting her fans down. We have supported her. We enjoy her writing style and love her books. She is the one who announced she was writing the book and everyone was anxioulsy waiting for it to come out. Instead of listening to her fans, she is bailing out. Why let someone who leaked the book dictate what you do? She has a great story to tell, so continue to tell it! Her fans will still purchase Midnight Sun even though it was leaked and we will be forever grateful.
I totally agree with Kate. I don’t quite understand why she told us, and then when it leaked she discontinues writing it. It’s a huge tease. I was so excited to read Midnight Sun, and really bummed when she said it was “…on hold-indefinitely.” So maybe if Ellen brings to her attention how loyal, and desperate her fans are for this, she will finally be encouraged enough to at least finish it. Keep your fingers crossed
Yes, I agree with both of you. It’s either a tease to get more attention, because of the whole Breaking Dawn thing and people that didn’t like it, or she doesn’t want to write it anymore, so that was her plan. The leak thing. We will see Wednesday. *crosses fingers*

i agree 100% with edwardlover. she prob. got down from all the disappointed fans and bad reviews from BD. so she doesnt wanna write midnight sun. now she’s probably just relaxing and going on vacation to hawaii while all her fans are waiting for answers. which we wont get anytime soon.
