i just finished analyzing this.. it is an awsum pic!!! but, la bella italia is supposed to be not that casual..and y r there such random things there? a diagram of body parts? wtf? and bella should b wearing a blu blouse, and no coat on her chair! she is supposed to borow edward’s jaket! and edward shuold hav a beige jaket..

I have to say I am happy to be seeing some of the stills but if they don’t stop showing them all there will be nothing left for the movie!
These pics are great! If you guys nitpick everything to be EXACTLY like the book, you’re going to be massively dissappointed. Just go with and try to accept that it isn’t going to be excatly the same. All the actors and crew who have been interviewed have said there are differences, but that the essense of Twilight is there. Thnk of it as if Stephenie wrote it again from another universe. It’s the same story, but it’s a different Steph so some things are changed, but it’s all Twilight that we love. I hate to use Harry Potter as a reference, but I think of those films and how they differ from the books. I love the books and I really like the movies, but I view them as seperate from each other. That’s how I’m approaching the Twilight film. I’m uber excited, but open minded.
These pictures are making me want more more more but like Grey said I also want some suprises..this movie is going to rock!!!!

i agree with zophie. Stephenie said that she was so pround of the reprrsentation of her book so we should be too.
I AGREE WITH ZOPHIE LETS JUST ENJOY THE SNEAK PEEKS WE ARE GETTING AND NOT OVER STUDY THEM. OF COURSE IT CANT BE EXACTLY. BUT THE HEART OF THE STORY WE LOVE IS THERE AND THATS WHATS IMPORTANT. REMEBER MRS. MEYERS HAS SEEN IT AND SHE LOVED IT LETS TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION AND REALIZE IF SHE LOVES IT AND SHE WROTE OUR BELOVED SAGA WE CAN HAVE AN OPEN ENOUGH MIND TO LOVE IT TOO.

Don’t mean to “nit pick” as was previously mentioned, but Bella should be wearing a deep v neck blue blouse – remember that is Edward’s favorite color on her. And Edward is supposed to be wearing a snug turtleneck and a beige leather jacket. The Cullens are very wealthy and wear designer clothes, thanks to Alice. But they do not appear to dress any differently than their classmates. To me, these are such simple details in the book that could have been followed. SM did go into some detail with the clothing, especially the color blue for Bella. It does have some importance. However, I do enjoy the new pics and I am looking foward to the movie!
My mind is on movie-stills OVERLOAD. They’re all so amazing. Kristen’s skin is beautiful, like peaches and cream. Rob is gorgeous in every way possible. The settings, the mood, the wardrobes. It’s all amazing.
I’m so excited for this movie–because I have a feeling that even though it will differ from the book, it’s going to FEEL like Twilight. And that’s my favorite feeling in the world.

I’m loving all the stills we’re getting! However, I’m not loving the pic of Edward and Bella at the restaurant. It’s an awesome pic of them, but the restaurant was supposed to be fancier than that, more romantic.
I understand that certain things needed to be modified to make the movie work, but there are certain things that were not necessary to change, especially when they are part of the essence of the story. Isn’t the waitress supposed to be HOT? She does not look that hot to me! LOL And weren’t they sitting at a booth cause Edward wants privacy so they can discuss things without being heard by other humans? I n my opinion SM gave so many details in her descriptions that would make creating the sets a no brainer!
Having said that, I am sure once the lights go off and the movie starts I will get into it and won’t care! Can’t wait!

everything is diff. from the book, the restaurant, the waittress, the cullens EATING, the coat in bellas chair, bellas, shirt, etc.
but it is supposed 2 b different.
Nikki Reed said something like this in an interview, “This movie’s got its own touch and there will be differences. It was made the Twilight movie BASED on the book.”
I love Edwards facial expression. He looks so annoyed. It’s kinda of sad though, because he seems so alone at the table.

I agree not all the elements from the book will translate intot the movie and I’m ok with that..The Cullens at Lunch looks more like a staged photo-op/promo still than an actual scene…taken while they were in costume…there was another pic from that same scene with Rose/Emmett Jasper?Alice actually posing/looking right into the camera…that photo is being used as a collectors card but I bet you wont see that moment in the movie…I think it’s a weird choice that Jasper has salad greens and celery sticks for lunch…trying to blend but not doing a great job…Love Jaspers Cowboy boots!!
