tMF has a new article about the possible New Moon movie! Read it here.
“However, the news is old and the fact is that New Moon is being ‘readied’ since July of this year. The only thing missing is the ‘official’ announcement. While Nikki Finke is not citing any sources, I’m quite certain there is a lot of info (official and otherwise) that’s been heard, gathered and analyzed to come up with the interesting article.”
Don’t forget nothing has been confirmed by Summit yet..

I’m pretty sure there’s going to be a New Moon movie. They said that if Twilight sells well at the box office, then they might make it…. but i really hope they do, and honestly, who doesn’t want to go see twilight? At least to see how it measures up with the book?
it’s silly to leave everything so open to NOT make all 4 movies. And with the books doing so well, it’ll be as well seen as HP. Besides, be the time it’s due to be Breaking Dawn, hopefully they’ll figure out how to do Reneseme
To be honest I believe they already have a snipet of movie up their sleve. I think they are waiting for the perfect moment and since all the hype surrounding twilight now is the time..I bet by the DVD there will be a sneak peak…..
If Twilight does well and is successful at the box office (which there isn’t much doubt that it won’t be) they will most likely make all 4 films. It is Summit’s first franchise and they know fans will def go see all of the movies because everyone will be excited to see New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn done on film too! It would be silly for them to do 1 film and not follow up with the others. It is a series after all. They are just holding out on making announcements because there are so many factors to making a movie. They have to consider contracts, all the actors schedules who would be cast, the budget and time frame, etc etc.
I really hope there’s a New Moon movie! Though I know I will absolutely ball when Edward leaves! I so want to see Aro and all. Fingers crossed!

us twilighters need to make opening weekend the biggest one ever! i’m ready for people to stop criticzing us and understand that it will be the best movie this year! oh and then they will HAVE to make the rest of the movies
i think that they will end up making new moon. they’ll lose $ if they dont….
They will make New Moon, whether they like it or not. If they are most likely considering not to (which I highly doubt they are) then all Twilight fans shall go kick their booties until they do.
Jk. They have to make New Moon, if they don’t… I will cry.

I THINK THEY CAN SEE WHAT A GREAT VENTURE AND INVESTMENT THESE BOOKS ARE AND THUS MOVE FORWARD WITH MAKING OUR BELOVED BOOKS
