I saw Twilight at a premiere in Boston on Tuesday. It was like a Disney Channel movie, horrible. And I loved the book a lot…

I JUSTR got back from it! It was SOOOOO awesome! Taylor NAILED Jacob. In fact, everyone did a great job with their characters. Rob WAS Edward. So cool. I can’t wait to see it again.

wasn’t dissapointed. there were def some things i wasn’t crazy about, and the special effects were pretty cheesy. considering the budget they had though it was great. looooved the ballet studio scene. and totally caught stephanie ordering her veggie plate =P I will def see it again in theaters and probly like it even better the second time

Ok people this movie was great and I loved it! Who feels like it was too short? I would have so sat through another hour of it. Which I wanted to see more of it. I loved the movie, I really wished that they had added more… I didn’t want to leave. I am definitely up to see it again and I hope that they go through with new moon. I will definitely be excited for the rest of the books to be made into movies. I definitely feel that Rob made the perfect Edward. Everyone needs to see it!

It was amazing! Though I have doubts if Taylor can pull off New Moon mostly by himself. The special effects were a little cheesy, but considering they had a low budget, it was amazing for what they had to work with!!

I”m going insane. I have to wait till Dec 5 here in Spain!!! Yesterday I saw the trailer for the first time in the theater and I had a heart attack.
Don’t get me wrong I loved it, but jeez practicly every line Edward said had me laughing hysterically. And it wasn’t just me. Everyone in the entire theater was laughing out loud every few minutes.
Especially the bio scene…the wind in the hair was just awwwwwwful. And the the sunlight part…and well…alot of it was just so over the top. I feel bad for Rob, they gave him all these awful lines.
OMG everyone in america are like the most priviliged people in the world right now, I have to wait till december 19th to see it in the UK. So for evry fan out there could you warn at the start of each post that there is or isn’t a movie spoiler in the post so that the movie is good for everyone. Also i said that i wouldn’t look on twilight websites between today and 19th of december because it might spoil the film but 1 month without twilighters can not happen so please warn about spoilers. thanks

i’m sad though, just a little bit, that they didn’t have the blood typing day in BIO. that was one of my favorite chapters. oh well. the movie was freakin’ awesome!

Well Chris and Geo thanks for leading us on the road to Twilight, I was forced to read the books due to your PASSION and hype over the books. Being a father of teenagers and a 11 year old I just had to find out what all the noise was about. Chris thanks you have your little brother reading a real book and that is a big deal. I thnk I might enjoy the movie more at home so I don’t have to hear the girls going nuts every time Edward spoke but it was really fun and the movie was good way better than the wizard crud from years back.. Alice was to tall, I pictured more of an elf….
i saw it & loved it! Like comments above have mentioned the special effects were cheesy,but with the budget it’s all good I could deal. The “humans” were so hilarious, I wasn’t expecting to laugh as much as I did. I LOVE Charlie & Billy cracked me up. The ballet studio scene was my favorite, Cam is just so good at being bad guy<3

I loved every minute of it. My friend who hasnt read the books yet was into it as well and begged me for my copy. I am going to see it again as soon as I can. There are so many people on myspace who didnt like it and it makes me so sad. They are bashing Kristen and saying all these mean things. Im glad to come here and see that everyone loved it!

OH MY EDWARD CULLEN that was the most amazing movie ever. my only bad point is when they run they blur it behind them, but other than that, beyond amazing. it was so good. and rob looks amazing, more perfect than anyone ever, and jackson was a VERY close second. Alice was by far the perfect alice, i knew by looks she was as i imagined her, but her voice was exactly how i imagined it. kellan was a hilarious emmett, he cracks me up. and nikki, i never liked her but she was just absolutly phenomenal. kristen was stupendous, as well as rob. carlisle and esme were above and beyond, and CHARLIE was absoulutly amazing, i think better than the charlie i had in mind. um. and the “humans” were hilarious. haha. great writing

I died halfway through the movie, it was amazing, everytime we laughed, my mom was like ‘i don’t get it’ so we moved seats. They did an amazing job, and I am going to see it again and again and again and again…

i just got back from watching twilight and it was awesome. Yes the special effects could have come out better, but its a low budget film. Hopefully they will make enough money to get better special effects. I am not saying the movie was perfect, cause everyone has their own definition of perfect. But I thought it was good. I wish they had more on the rest of the Cullens, but anywho. I loved it. This movie rocks and I will definitely go see it a few more times
P.S. I loved Ashley as Alice. She was so cute. I wish they had more CULLENS

I agree everyone in the theater was glaring at me for snikering so loudly and bursting out laughing. Rob and Kristen played the roles so manic depresently and it i wanted to scream SMILE ROB SMILE!! they stuck to the serious tones and not the joy of falling in love for the first time. But Taylor on the other hand was amazing and i was impressed by him.
Liked everything until the baseball scenes. Loved the baseball scene til the End!!! I really liked the movie. Everyone was soo good. And Loved The baseball scene and Rosalie,Emmet was hilarious, ALICE!!. If people didn’t read the books I think they would be out of the loop with alot of things…I was giggling almost the entire time cuz there are those little things that that connected the book wonderfully with the characters.

They didn’t make it clear why Bella and Edward love each other, they didn’t spend any time at all setting up that relationship. The movie lacked sustenance, and it relied too heavily on the fact that most people watching it have read the book. If you’d watched it without reading the books I really don’t think you’d say ‘OME, that was soooo amazing. It was the best movie EVER’

hmm i kind of agree with sky. it wasnt the best film in the world but it was still good in some ways, but it was too choppy. like sky said, if you didnt know the book the movie wouldnt make any sense at all. and some parts were really cheesy, especially the context/scene in which they used, “and so the lion fell in love with the lamb…” i was a bit disappointed about that. also, it is kind of true that kristen stewart looked like she was always in pain… but yeah. i guess this being a low-budget film, it’s alright. ohh and like actually, there was a lot of laughing because of how they did some scenes and stuff; especially the sparkly skin… that was like he had millions of small white hairs that shawn in the light. funniest thing was seeing stephanie meyer in the movie, haha.
