Last Twilight Tuesday!

MTV posted the last Twilight Tuesday with Director Catherine Hardwicke!

“It’s pretty crazy; it’s pretty cool,” she said of the record-breaking opening for her fourth film as a director, “Twilight,” this past weekend. “When I think that we’re going to be bigger than the biggest [James] Bond opening weekend? That blows my mind!”

Hardwicke spent Monday afternoon recording a commentary track in Hollywood for the spring 2009 “Twilight” DVD, alongside her lead actors Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. As soon as she was finished, however, she rushed over to MTV to bid a temporary farewell to our weekly ritual that has spent a year tracking the film from small-budget cult flick to certified blockbuster.

  • Gigz:

i have to agree with some critics saying that the movie was “underwhelming”.. i just like them i was expecting too much…

although some scenes are terrific.. i think Ashley was perfect! and Jackson played his role perfectly (girls were screaming for him too!) and Nikki as well.. so bitchy LOL

  • Anna:

I absolutely love the books, the movie was as good as can be expected. I thought in the movie they could have played up the attraction more with Bella and Edward (like in the book I think the part when they were in the meadow was very important). Also the character of Edward that the book portrays is old fashioned, well dressed and very almost overly polite…I didn’t get that from the movie. However the movie was very good.

in the movie they missed when they talk at lunch and the blood typing part. edward… wasnt so amazing in the movie and i know a lot of people who are now for some reason on team jacob because of the movie. speaking of the blacks, they didnt really get how billy warns bella to stay away from the cullens. he says like one line on that or something.

  • Gigz:

i thought it was only me…. but really there was something missing in the movie… Rob was great esp in the Bio class scene.. i was thinking maynbe because everything was so “fast-forward”. if you did not read the book you will be lost
