Rob’s recent haircut has seemed to cause sort of an uproar in the Twilight fandom! MTV and people would like to know what you think of his new look. Let MTV know here, and People here.
“Twilight” star Robert Pattinson is known for a lot of things, but first and foremost has to be his wildly styled hairdo that’s gotten Twilighters everywhere atwitter at the sight of him. So does hair make the man? That question will finally be answered, as Pattinson has decided to ditch his trademark locks in favor of a much shorter cut.

I think that he is hot with and without his sexy hair. and its not like its never gonna grow back. he isn’t really a vampire eventually he is gonna be runnin’ his fingers through his hair making us all melt at the sight of it., so relax i loved his hair but he will get it back its not the end of the world

i LOVED his long hair =( i thot is was SOOOOO sexy when he ran his fingers through it….. and now its gone….well i guess its more helpful to him because his hair was so long.. hopefully it will grow out in time for new moon…… =( *sniff sniff*

I personally think that Rob – himself – looks awesome with the new hair cut, but i just hope that it grows in time for New Moon. but i understand that Rob might have gotten sick of having such big hair for all that time!
i think it looks great. love love love it!! with that jaw line, i think he can pretty much pull off any hair style.

Not good – i know it will grow back and it was coloured for twilight anyway but i think it makes him look to harsh?
however i have seen alot of interviews where he is scared of fans so maybe he is just trying to blend in
Personally- I don’t really like it. I prefer his old hair-do. His new one looks a bit common and dosn’t show his gorgeous hair colour!
I thought his hair was something kinda unique and now it isn’t… hopefully he will grow it back!

I personaly liked the long hair more. But that was because it made him look like a hot teen. But the new hair makes him look like a hot MAN!!!!
OK. I know that the hair does not make up who u are. but I still like his old look better. He looks more like edward that way. a lot of girls will freak when they find out he cut his hair because they think he looks hot that way. The hair does not make the star but he did look A LOT like the way we pictured edward that way. so I don’t know how some people will react.

Ya know… Reading half of the comments by the Twilight fans about “I like his Edward hair better” and “how is he going to film New Moon” makes me appreciate him for cutting the hair even more.
First and foremost, he’s Robert, not Edward. Either he’s trying to get rid of this ‘trademarked’ hair so people will stop bugging him about it, or it’s for his other Parts Per Billion role. He does have other movie roles aside from Edward in case you haven’t noticed.
Second, wow is it not ‘him’ when in fact it is still him? His choice to cut it so people would get off the hair-hype wagon, and that’s him.
Third, it’s hair people, just haiiirrrr!!!!!
i dont know why everyone is so worked up! He looks amazing with his shorter hair, possibly even better! and dont worry shooting for new moon starts in march and HAIR GROWS!!! so calm down chickies haha.
okay…well here’s the thing. i love robert pattinson. so he got a haircut. whats the big deal? i’ll admit, i liked his old hair way better. but i’ll get over it. and besides, hair can grow. and i personally think that it has to in order to be remotely the same in new moon, although he’s barely going to be in it. but still, he’s got 3 to 4 months to grow it back out for the movie, and forever after that. so if robbie wanted to get himself a new-do, so be it. it’s his life, and although he’s got some of the greatest fans in the world, he cannot base his decisions on whether we are going to like it or not. i think that no celebrity should have that fear on their plates. still looking incredibly sexy, robert!! i still love you!!

What was he thinking?!? He lost his sexyness when he cut it. and besides, If you showed me the pix of him b4 you told me who it is I would be like “ummm….is it ummm…I have no freaking idea!” talk about change. People say change is for the better (this change is for the worst)
i like it soo much better! it will grow back and hopefully he will wash it once in a while. lol.
He’s hot no matter how you look at it. This shorter do does look much cleaner although he could probably use a little styling gel. I like the slightly longer look, too, when he wasn’t channeling “homeless chic”. I do like him better clean shaven. I think a bit of stubble is cute from time to time, but as a general rule, men should shave every day.
I personaly liked his hair the way it looked before. His hair looks nice short, but its his choice the way he wants his hair to be so thats a good thing : )

It looks fine for Rob, but Edward’s wild bronze hair is apart of the story, so he should grow it back out before March. He’ll have time.

dont think he can play Edward for New Moon just because he got a haircut. Filming doesn’t start till March. If he doesn’t cut his hair now, by March, he’ll look lik he’s preparing for Planet of the Apes 2.

I love it, but then again, I always prefer guys with shorter hair. I personally think it looked best when he played Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I think it was perfect then.

I think he is gorgeous either way! His hair looks great both ways. I’m an actress, and people in the business cut their hair all the time. It’ll grow back out by the time he begins filming again anyway, so people shouldn’t worry.
People really his hair looks HOT like this but i liked it Twilight length (not after).
I’m sure his hair will grow back to around the same length because hair grows at a rate of 1.1cm per month and they start fliming in March and if summit leave the Edward parts till after they flim the Jacob parts it should grow back to normal!

i forgot to add he’s not bald, he has like 1 or 2cm’s of hair there which means his hair will grow to about 4 – 5 cm’s by March which is pretty much the length he had it in twilight
