I hear ya Allison, I saw the movie on a Tuesday night here in Australia then read all 4 books by that Saturday night. once I started I could not put them down!! And im 36yrs old, proof its not just a teenage crush Now I have my friends and fmaily hooked and they are all over 35!!

Congrats! I got hooked when my mom finally let go of the book! LOL! Yeah, it didn’t take me very long to finish each book, and I am totoally HOOKED to them now! I recommend the Twilight series to EVERYONE! Even my family members!

stephenie meyer as she wrote those novel words by words..robert and kristen especially stephenie meyer gives me the strength to start over again.before,i used to write a novel but then i didn’t continue writing it until onto its last part,because i want to explore something different.and after watching twilight, its give me more power. and now,im editing my own novel and plan to book it by,but still i don’t have any idea about the title.For those of the staff and crews of twilight specially director catherine hardwicke,i just wanna say.you bunch of guys had done a good work,you made twilight succesfull. and for the new director,staff and crew of the 2nd sequel “NEW MOON”,i know you can do better than twilight!KEEP UP THE GOODWORK GUYS!

yeah i did the same thing except the fact that i live in a really really small town and school so i got the whole school hooked on it. it was so awesome. to this day everyone comes up to me and updates me on where they went, what they bought, and we chat about it. it is alot of fun.

I got hooked when my friend told me about it and was like you have to read this amazing book! I waited for each one to come out after that and it was torture!! I got a bunch of my friends hooked and even my mom now. We all joke about how this person got this person hooked who got this person hooked… and on and on. lol. But yeah. Seriously the best series ever. It tops Harry Potter. And coming out of my mouth, that’s big. I will just randomly pick up one of the books and start reading. They’re just so amazing. I cannot wait for New Moon to come out and for Twilight to come out on DVD!! I swear I’m going to have it on like loop in my room!! lol And I know what all of you mean when you say it’s hard not to compare guys with Edward. He’s just so perfect. And every girl deserves a guy like him! I can guaruntee you that my future kids will hear nothing, but Twilight! lol Like those little onsies that say “Future Twilight Fan”. I am so getting those!!

Only another Twilighter can understand how one feels about these books and now the movie! Two months ago when the movie came out, I wondered what everyone was so excited about, bought Twilight and nothing has been the same!!!! I’m old compared to most fans but it just goes to show that the heart is young! There are so many details in the books that you can re-read them and still be amazed. Edward is WOW – and Rob Pattinson was amazing – the piano solo was beautiful. I can’t wait for New Moon! I’ve seen the movie several times and always notice something new. I’m thankful for the Twilight website so I can see I’m not alone in my Edward obsession – I guess we can all have him in our dreams!!!!

i agree with all u people if it wasn’t for stephenie meyer we all wouldn’t be so obssed now with twilight.and i know we twilighters are way excited for New Moon come out.

aww i know exactly what she means!! everytime i got a hold of the books (had to wait 2weeks for each until eclipse cos the library waiting list was huge lol) id read them all in less than 24hours and all in one without sleeping or eating! i was soo into them i didnt even realise i was tired or hungry! and i ran home from the bookstore which is around the corner from my house just to start breaking dawn all the sooner! finished it at 7am the next morning in a oner too! and when i had finished twilight i got like 15 ppl to read it and the got hooked too! and then suddenly twilight was everywhere! my entire year loved it!! even got my teachers to read it, they love it too! we’d gossip about it in the middle of class cos we were so excited and other students would join in, it was great!! i havent found anything that beats reading anything by stephenie meyer, because her other book the host was the exact same!! read it in 7hours and the just read it again cos it was so amazing! I LOVE STEPHENIE MEYER SHE IS AN AMAZING WRITER!! and the other beautiful thing about her writing is that is brings people together. im soo glad that others could find the amazing experience in reading the twilight saga that i did : DD. xxxx

At first I wasn’t sure what all the fuss was about and for months I never thought once about reading the book or seeing the film that was until I saw the trailer.
My friend had already been to see the film with her sister but it didnt take much to pursuade her to see it again.
On Friday I went to see the film and was immediately hooked, I even went out to the bookstore straight away to buy the books.
When I am not reading them I am thinking about how much I wish I was at home curled up on my bed with one of the books.
Been a journalist student and Film graduate I have never experienced anything so compelling.
All I am going to say now is WELL DONE GUYS!!!!
By the way Rob Pattinson is gorgeous and so talented, I was blown away by his performance.

i saw all myfriends reading twilight and couldn’t wait to read it, but eveytime i went to my school library, they didn’t have any copies, and my parents wouldn’t let me buy it without reading it first. I got my friend to lend me her copy. I read the first 2 pages, and i was obssesed! I finished the book in a few hours. I bought the whole series the next day. I finished the series in a week. I’ve read the series like a million times! It’s all my friends and i talk about. We have OOTNMEBDD (Overly Obssesive Twilight New Moon Eclipse Breaking Dawn Dissorder) I can’t wait till New Moon comes out in theatres. I LOVE it when a guy reads the series. I LOVE TWILIGHT <33333

at first i never knew about twilight but then i saw the movie preview and it looked sooo good so i read the first book and i was completly obsessed.; every book store i tried was sold out of new moon so while i waited for it i read twilight again, then a third time!
when new moon came i got to capter three i started crying hystaricly when edward left and bella talked about her feeling empty. and also when she found her scrapbook empty from his pictoures in the book.
i wanted to read it again but i hated crying.
then i read eclipes four times!
eclipes is my all time favourite because it really shows bella and edward’s love for each other and bella’s disiare for edward.
breaking dawn was great because i saw how jacob felt for bella and how imprinting and transformation and wolf insticts are like.
i have thirteen posters in my bedroom; 3 mega sized one sticker(’team edward’)
5 printed from the computer, and 5 regular sized ones!
also i have a film fantasy(life story magazines)
edward and bella’s relashionship makes all other movie lovers look terribal
the one hot guy in my class is now the uglyest person to me because of edward in comparison!!

I heard about twilight from my friends. they had started it and never finished it. i read all four books in less than three weeks… which was good for me.
I can honestly say that im hooked maybe even obsessed.
Twilight has made me look at life in a different way! I love it!!
I now have expectations with guys wanting them to be like <3 Edward Cullen <3 lol
