Teen Vogue’s Ten Best Dressed list for the month of December ’08 has finally been released and Kristen Stewart made it along with Emma Watson, Taylor Momsen, Emma Roberts, Whitney Port, Jessica Szohr, and Taylor Swift!

Congrats Kristen! I love her style – the dress looked great on her! Personally, I think she should have been #1…whats with Emma Watson’s hair? It makes her look like she’s 40 and the dress does nothing for her. Kristen’s look is much better and age appropriate.
