New Moon ranked number 16 on moviefone’s list of the Best Movie Bets of 2009.
“Why It’ll Be Big: ‘Twilight’ was barely in theaters when this sequel was greenlit. Despite mixed reviews, the original raked in cash, so Bella and the boys will rise again. This time, she’s separated from her vampire love and falls for a werewolf. A new director (Chris Weitz) and intricate storyline should give the franchise new bite.”

oh my goodness! i am so excited for new moon the movie to come out. i loved that book. it was one of my favorites! i cant wait.

BTW, she was never in-love with Jocob, but sheloved him, but it was never enough. In Eclipse she didnt just realized she loved him, she just realized how much she is going to hurt him, theres a difference. It broke her heart (hence all the tears she cried) know she broke his heart.

the part where Steph talks about Bella falling in love is towards the middle of the page. Bella was in love with Jacob, but not as much as she was in love with Edward.

This bothers me…Bella never “fell” for Jacob. She loved him, yes, but she was never IN love with him. He was her best friend and that was the end of it. She always loved Edward. Didn’t anyone else get that memo while reading the books?
Bella loved Jacob as a friend, and as a friend only. I think in Eclipse she never realy LOVED him, but got confused with the two different kinds of love since Jacob was being a butt trying to take her from Edward and it probably was a little overwhelming.
How could you not understand that they were best friends in the book? Toward the end I think desperation was getting the best of Bella. The pain she felt. Lord my heart hurts just thinking about it. All-tho she was thinking of staking a claim on Jacob she knew her heart was meant for Edward.

yes I agree with you there, but I think it was, in the books, only a friend sorta love. I think if she choose Jacob (which she didnt so he wasnt her real love) and followed through with him, he could never be her true love even with time cuz Edward will always be in her head. Bella knew herself better then she got credit for. Ok and I read the article, NEW MOON is #16??????? Seriously? Thats is WAYY off! But yeah, Stephenie stated that Bella loves each of them for different reasons, and in my view, Jacob was her ‘harbor’ and ‘comfort’ so she automatically loved him for the support and got some attractioin for the safety and friendship there. just saying, I think its a interesting topic and I’m honestly not arguing.

i sttrongly dislike Jacob. hes just a kid and is in something thats way over his head. and i am only looking forward to new moon because of the rescue mission Bella has to save her ONLY love edward. their love in that part is intense. but anyways i so think that New Moon will make it big. also i believe that it will be as big, or even bigger, then Twilight. so that would mean that the sequels will be followed after it.
Yes,she kind of fell in love with Jacob during ‘New Moon’,but it’s way too complicated to be stated like in this sinopsis :/ She never stopped loving Edward and she wouldn’t be able to love anybody nearly as much as she loves him.Maybe she would eventually end up being with Jacob,because she started to consider this option for Jacob’s case in ‘New Moon’ when she still didn’t realize she was kind of in love with him.Jacob clearly loved her and she considered making him happy as much as she could,but she intended to make it clear that she still loved Edward more than anything else in the world and she’ll never stop..Even though in “Eclipse” she realized she was also in love with Jacob she also knew it was Edward she couldn’t live without and Edward was her only option.She would never forget Edward.
I guess this kind of info about “New Moon” will keep pisssing me off until “Eclipse” will be realased.I mean I hope they will explain it in “Eclipse” movie clear enough that people who didn’t read the books would understand that Edward was Bella’s other half and there was no doubt about it.

And yes, Bella falling in love with Jacob is way more complicated than how they said it in that synopis. But I’m not that worried because there is no way they could not portray how Bella still loves Edward in New Moon while he is gone as she did in Twilight.
I hope this director doesn’t cut out a scene like the last director did when bella was supposed to faint cause of the blood and then mike and edward fight over her. That was awesome and nobody got to see it!!!!
Omg i know! that sucked. that was one of my favorite scenes in the book, and i was like eagerly waiting for it, because I wanted to see Rob would’ve saved Kristen… -swoon- haha
