E!Online is now reporting that 90210′s, AnnaLynne McCord, has auditioned for Heidi in New Moon:
Sources tell me McCord has auditioned for the role. “It’s not a big part,” one of the sources said. “Heidi would be more like a cameo.”
McCord should feel pretty comfortable on the set. Her 90210 costar Kellan Lutz—and rumored real-life boyfriend—played Emmett in Twilight and will return for the sequel.
McCord’s rep did not immediately comment nor did a rep for the studio, Summit Entertainment.

I heard ppl say the new 90210 is lame and quite frankly I agree I like the original I mean I hate how they are recreating good old shows into these lame teen dramas like the O.C. =/ which if I had to actually like a teen drama shows I would pick one tree hill =]

Heidi is a volturi who “fishes” on human blood.
But I think she’s too “pretty” to play the role. I would love UNKNOWN or UNDISCOVERED actors/actresses to play a part.

Eh…Im not sure if I like her. I don’t like her acting in 90210 nor in Fired up. She just…seems…idk…lame?

I don’t think she is right for the part. She is supposed to lure people…she just looks like your typical ex-cheerleader. A small role but still it needs someone who would have the looks, charisma and talent to have people follow her. Don’t think I would follow her.

She has the longest neck I’ve ever seen. Heidi is barely even in the book. I’m surprised Summit felt they even needed to cast a Heidi. Oh well she’s pretty she’d make a good lure. But everyhing I’ve seen her in (Greek, 90201) she hasn’t been very impressive.

LOL Now that i think about it, Heidi is only in the ENTIRE SERIES once, at almost the end of New Moon. So i don’t think it will matter who gets the part, as long as they make the movie look good! lol And if Chris (Weitz) is gonna stay true to the book, then someone has to play her right? So, what the hey- put her in:)

AnnaLynne McCord is typecase as a slut – a part that she can play very well. So, I guess for the one line that she would have in the movie, she wouldn’t be too god awful.
I am not buying for a second that she and Kellan Lutz are seeing each other. They have the same publicist. The publicist isn’t stupid. Anytime the word Twilight is mentioned, every entertainment website and blog goes nuts. So, he is going to link up Lutz and McCord and get some free press for both. It works. I live here in Miami and the papers down here all wrote that the photos of them were staged and each had other “interests” that were occupying them. Don’t fall for the obvious garbage people!

I don’t really see her as Kellens type… I did see her in Nip tup and don’t knw I I can see her as the sexy classically beautiful Heidi who is only in one scene in italy. Hmmm gonna have to think about how I truely feel about this actress who always plays the sluty bad girl. I mean Nikki play those roles but totally changed it up in twilight! so not sure yet..

she’d only be playing Heidi as a cameo since she’s leading in their food supply @ that scene where they’re leaving the Volturi’s HQ AND she’s only visible in passing, so it’d be a really small role.
and as for her rumored to be dating Kellan…i’m sure that’s NOT TRUE. she’s actually dating a different 90210 co-star…the guy who plays the teacher who liked Kelly (dunno his name & dont care)
