FAN OF THE WEEK: 2/9 -15/2009

Name: Ky
Age: 16
Country: USA
Twilighter since? 2006

Probably because I am completely obsessed with Twilight! My friends call me the Twilight Guru because Im always the first person out of all of them to find new Twilight information, trailers, pictures, actors etc. I’ve re-read all three book more than 12 times each, and have the same reactions every single time I read them. I think about Twilight everyday, because in a way the books have changed my way of thinking. All of the books have inspired me in many different ways and I just believe that it is possible to find someone that you can love against all odds. I love to write and am always being told by my English 2 teacher that i should be in English 4, and that Im to good of a strong writer to be stuck in the easy class. And for being a 10th grader that’s a pretty cool compliment lol. Stephenie Meyer is my favorite author , J.K. Rowling is 2nd, and don’t know what Id be as a writer if I hadn’t read her books. They helped me become a better one. I’m very excited for this movie and can’t wait for Breaking Dawn and if Edward’s version is released, I’ll be first in line.

    CONGRATES KY!
I know what you mean. I know everything there is to know about Twilight but my friends never get tired of it. I am the first they go to if they need to know something about it! (lol) anyway Twilight has also made me a better writer, thinker, and it has made me open my eyes as to what really goes on in reality (or your crazed school ground) LOL!!! :D I havent read them all 12 times I am only on my 4th round but I just became a fan in 2008. I am not in high school but I resently got a 97% on an English test so I may or may not be English 4 material. LOL :D anyway congates again and I’ll beat you in the line of Edward’s version Midnight Sun LOL :D J.K. probably not!

Haha. I understand where you are coming from completly! Whenever my friends need to know something about anything Twilight related, they always ask me first! I also think differently. I can always relate things to Twilight if they ask me to.

My friends too! if they are in the middle of a chapter and need a question answered they usually asked me because im just as obssessed. If you are a good writer like your English teacher seems to think how about doing a writing course in your holidays or sending things off to short story contests etc and see what feedback you get

I,m sure this is how some of your favourite authors started and don’t forget to look to your own experiences for inspiration by the way apart from Steph Meyer some of my favourites are Tolkien, and CS Lewis who although known for Narnia series wrote some good adult series

    Heyy!!
Ive only been a twilight fan from 2008 and it may seem like i dont know anything about it. But in the short time I have read it i have been inspired. I now look at the world from different views. I have been inspired by Stephanie so much and if she ever reads this i say THANKYOU for impacting so much on my life. Everyone thinks twilight is the FAD at the moment but its actually got alot of feeling in it. Twilight lifted me on those days where i was bored and tired. THANKYOU TWILIGHT!!~~~

This was probably submitted before BD was released. Calm down. She also mentions the movie? So… yeah. There’re probably a lot of people who submit. Wouldn’t surprise me if it took whoever’s in charge a few months to sort through them all.

    Congrats!
