AnnaLynne McCord says to OK! Magazine that due to her current schedule that she will most likely not be in New Moon:

AnnaLynne McCord, who was slated to play the receptionist to the Volturi vampires in Rome, Heidi, tells OK! she’s no longer going to be in that role.

“I am so disappointed but it doesn’t look like it is going to happen with my schedule,” she revealed to OK! at the L.A. premiere of Fired Up on Feb. 19.

Fans of the 90210 star might still have some hope, as she adds, “But keep your fingers crossed for me. I hope that it still does!”

  • Katelyn:

    wait… heidi wasn’t the receptionist….

  • Katelyn:

i thought she was the “bait/fisherman”
for the volturi, the one that gets the
people for supper…. gosh that sounds
    weird. haha.

  • jacqueline:

    yes heidi is the fisherman
    gianna is the receptionist
honestly, im kinda glad if she doesnt become heidi, because some big name actress can totally dominate the commercials, i think the movie is better ff with just a pretty actress, no one too famous

  • Tina:

Thank You , She is NOT gonna be in New Moon!!!! And I agree, they dont’ need some big name, Just the talented actors like they already have.

  • em:

haha.. OK Magazine should really do their research before posting articles about Well-Known subjects like New Moon… Heidi is far from being the very-human and soon-to-be-lunch receptionist… as we all know here. eeek.

    Research, Research, Research People :)

  • twilightkid12 (or Alice, cuz all my friends r changing their name....):

    shoot.

  • Nikki:

Let’s give OK! Magazine a big pat on the back for another big fact they got wrong. I still remember when they said Rosalie was a ‘close friend of the family with past relationship issues with Edward and Emmett’.

    So cool.

But, this really doesn’t phase me. I’d prefer, please God, a natural brunette. Please. I’m tired of all the fake-lookingness.

  • twilightkid12 (or Alice, cuz all my friends r changing their name....):

i thought Heidi had blond hair……………..

  • Jacob_Black_fan:

I thought she was a brunette. Kristen Stewart is the “big name” star in the twilight movie.

  • Jacob_Black_fan:

New Moon Page 483 half way down the page:
“Her long mahogany hair was lustrous, and her eyes were the strangest shade of violet–a color that might result from blue-tinted contacts over red irises.”
Mahogany is a very dark, almost black shade of brown. Heidi is NOT a BLONDE!!!

  • Jacob_Black_fan:

How about Camilla Belle for Heidi!?

  • erin:

camilla belle.. no no no no no no. i don’t like her. hahaha.

BUT i don’t understand why everyone is making such a huge deal about this because it is SUCH a small part… i think that she only has like a couple lines.

  • omg:

    *happy dances*

  • Ashley!:

i agree with ya all the way tina! im pretty glad she’s not it. no offense to her, but no thanks.

  • Olivia Quiney:

No Camilla plz, i hate her up with 90210 star!!! woooo!! plz vote NO to Camilla she will ruin it and also she is a girlfriend to Joe Jonas so that makes it worst

  • Jess:

Heidi is the bait for sure.
i thought shed be really good in it. but im biased because i love 90210 and she is really good in the role of Naomi

*keeping my fingers crossed* but if not being in new moon means she can continue 90210 then im all for it!!

  • Brandi:

i hope she doesn’t get the part, she doesn’t have that Heidi quality to her. sry but no.

As we walked, I felt myself settling into another version of myself, the self I had been with Jacob. A little younger, a little less responsible. Someone who might, on occasion, do something really stupid for no good reason. — Bella Swan, Eclipse | Chapter 4
