Live-PR reports that the casting for New Moon is complete, but there are no details of all that is on the cast.
The casting director for New Moon, Joseph Middleton, has announced that “We are finished with the casting process”. No details on the cast list has been released by Summit Entertainment.
Eclipse will NOT be filmed back-to-back with New Moon, and there will be completely separate casting cycle. Details about future auditions and open casting calls for Eclipse can be found on the auditions website.

I was thinking about the aging problem with the films. If the producers do not hurry up and film the rest of the books back to back the vampires are going to start aging… That is going to suck because then they are going to have to change some of the main roles…. I just don’t think I can handle losing Edward… Am I right or wrong?

Ever since I saw the previews of “Race to Witch Mountain” I wasn’t a big fan of AnnaSopia Rob, but the more I’ve seen it on tv, the more I liked her for Jane. And the boy who plays her brother looks alot like her, and he kinda made me think that he would have been a great candidate for Alec.(His name is Alexander Ludwig) I know that casting is over and done with but I do hope that they do stick with good unknown actors.

But Dakota Fanning is deff. playing Jane. I was kind of hoping for a girl called Bella Thorne (IMDB her) to play hey, and there was this boy but I can’t remember he looked perfect for Alec. That sucks, but I will be annoyed if they don’t cast proper native americans for the LaPush lot. There have been rumours about Brenda Song and Vanessa Hudgens auditioning, but no offence it would be better with actually native americans because that is who they actually are in the book
