Robert Pattinson Might Make An Album

Showbiz Spy has an article which Rob says that he might make an album, but would release it independently than through a record label.
“I might make an album but not through a record company or anything. I’d like to do something independent.
“I don’t care if people buy it or not. I’d just like to have it just for myself so I can work with good musicians and stuff.
“All my friends are musicians in London. They’re very talented. My best friend wrote one of the songs on the soundtrack with another friend of mine, this guy Marcus Foster who did Bobby Long.

You’ve got to wonder if he wants to produce it independantly because a label won’t, or because he can. Then again, Rhino Records produced Scarlett Johansson, for God’s sakes.
Then again, Robert > Scarlett. In most departments, at least.

First of all, who decided it was ok to bring the Ray Bans back? Bleh. His music reminds me of Ray Lamontagne, good stuff. I’d like to enjoy Mr. Pattison for something other than the Twilight Saga because it will fade one day. Music can live forever so let’s encourage that!

I would absolutely love to buy his CD! I listen to the whole Twilight Sdtk daily, but when his song comes on, I have to stop what I’m doing and just listen…mmm.
But, if he doesn’t release it through a record label, I think it’s going to be very hard to get a non-pirated copy in the US, since he said his friends are all in the UK. I hope he changes his mind and does something…maybe with a smaller label so it won’t make him so big, since he doesn’t want it that way.
I just want to be able to get it in the midwest damn’t! LOL

I wouldnt say twilight is a classssic, cuz to me classics are books that are more… just more either adult or everyone, but the twilight saga is more teenage girls. It will always be remembered to those who’ve read it, i just dont think someday like two hundred years from now people are going to be digging it back up from the closet and thinking, ‘Wow, Twilight, such a classic!’ like we do with Shakespears work and such, but ya never know! It will always be in my heart!
