ShowBiz Spy has an article on Rob and Kristen:
Robert Pattinson believes he landed his starring role in Twilight because of his connection with costar Kristen Stewart.
And Pattinson is adamant it was his inability to be “Prince Charming” during his audition for Twilight that got him his part in the film.
He explains, “I was one of the last people they saw.
“I just went in and I had a connection with Kristen. I think it was because I so expected it to be different to how it turned out and expected the girl who played Bella to be so different to Kristen, that I was so genuinely shocked when she did her performance.

He has a pretty non existent love life at the moment (buy true love never dies, £6.99 from all good book stores, all about RPattz, with FREE poster!) so i think that she should loosen up and dump the block of cheese she is dating and get Rob because he is better any day. Don’t you think as true “Kristen Fans” you should have some of the respect she asks for and leave her four year boyfriend out of this? He may be ugly to you, but she obviously loves him. And it’s her life and her choice. Sky-rocketing to fame and then having a bunch of rabid fans telling you your boyfriend sucks and dump him for your co-star when you neither know Michael or her personally is both immature and in bad-taste. Reality versus fantasy. Most every “romantic” pairing on screen has chemistry, it’s part of the casting, it’s what they look for. I understand some fans want their real life Edward and Bella, but this is a tad ridiculous. This behavior is the exact behavior Kristen lashes out about.

maybe inside kris, she also hopes that she can be with rob. maybe she’s also upset that she and rob met at the wrong timing. this happens all the time to us in real life…they are also humans….i am sure they both kinda hope to be together too…but too bad reality is cruel.
It is so obvious that Rob adores Kristen. Off screen all the shots of them show stars in their eyes. Please stop fightting what could be the biggest love affair of your lives. Better to have loved and lost than never at all.
On Rob’s GQ Shot. He lost his little boy look and traded it for a very sultry and seductive man. This black and wihite is so suggestive. His fists clenched to hide his manhood makes you wonder….His eyes are soulful and searching. Rob’s appeal gets to a matrue women now as well.
Sweet sincerety is in his music, the passion in his voice demands a reaction when I listen.
Humble, sweet, shy, and so sexy , this man deserves a fantastic love. He deserves to be taken good care of; to be appreciated for who he is.

I read in another article regarding his audition that he thought he was Bella was going to be some “dippy girl”. Insult Bella, and he had not read a line of the any of the books. Bella was an intelligent girl. Nice, insult Bella befor studying the character.
