Where are you so far?
Peter Facinelli: “Well, nothing’s shot in order but we’ve shot the…let’s see…the birthday scene. We’ve shot that. And we’ve the voting scene. I’m not going to tell you what we all voted, but read the book. What else did we shoot? I shot stitching up Bella which was a lovely little scene. I pretty much mostly almost finished. I have a couple other shots to do in May and then we’re done.”
Have they added more Cullen family scenes?
Peter Facinelli: “You know, it’s hard because when you’re doing stuff that’s based on a book, if you add too much that’s not in there the fans don’t like it. I think we’re… There’s always going to be creative interpretations of stuff. But as far as adding stuff, there’s so much in it already, it’s hard to add. You have a 500 page book that you’ve got to squeeze down to two hours.”

Peter is so great and funny!! what a good interview. so he already shot the birthday scene, the stitching scene, and the voting scene. what else i there for him to shoot. i dont remember carlisle anywhere else in the new moon. anyone have any ideas??
what’s the voting scene? It’s neen a while so maybe I need to re-read NM but what voting? Anyone help perty please?

It’s where they vote if they want Bella to join the family or not – really looking forward to that scene! Can’t think of any other scenes for Carlisle though! Guess we’ll just have to wait and see!
Just had a thought about what Peter could have left to film – Carlisle’s history and change! Really hope I’m right!
That was a good interview
I love him, he is so greatl, always so nice and so considerate of the fans. I’m not sure about the scene he was talking about, but like he said nothing is shot in order, so it could be any random thing that they need to finish up or redo.
A other little quick part of Carlisle in the book is when all the Cullens go to the airport to pick Edward, Bella, and Alice up from coming back fron Italy. And I also agree with ROSALICE! I was soooo bummed when they left Carlisle’s history out of Twilight, it ruined it for me, (Carlisle is my favorite, lol) but maybe they could even fit it in when he’s talking to Bella while stitching up her arm? maybe? I hope so. Just fit it in there somewhere!
Anyway, I love all of Peter’s interviews he’s such a great guy and a good friend.

I hope peter didnt exzagerate [soz bout spelling] when he talked about the movie being atleast 2 hours ohh yes! jst what i wanted x] but like carol said, the more screen time the better
That was hilarious! I love it! And seriously if Harry Poter can be 3 hours long then Twilight can be long than 2 cuz they left out major scenes from the book. Like Rose said…Carlisle’s history!
omg i love peter my school folder is coverd with him. he is so HOT. BUT I DO HAVE TO AGREE I DO WANT TWILIGHT TO BE AT LEAST 2 1/2 HOURS LONG
