On Friday night, the set of New Moon in New Westminster, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson filming a scene in which Kristen goes for a joyride on a motorcycle, then sees Robert/Edward appear as an apparition.

I dont particularly like that they added Bella jumping on the back of a bike with probably a thug, but it fits. It New Moon Bella was immature and reckless and she probably woud do something as stupid as getting a joyride with a strange man
by having bella jump on some guys bike, or on the bike of one of the gys in the gang, its absolutely reckless and dangerous. whoever thought about putting that in the script is genius. having bella just learning how to ride with jacob just isnt enough when portraying it on the big screen. this really helps the audience, who havent read the book, sense the danger and stupidity in the idea instead of just pure curiosity and adventure.
i agree whole heartedly to those comments. my husband has never read the books and always asks questions about what bella and edward are thinking when we watch the movie. this scene will, as the above posters said, bring more to light the way bella was feeling.
i also think it will show how she got the idea to even start riding w/ jacob in the 1st place. she’ll probably realize that by riding or something she’ll hear edwards voice again. i also agree w/ u all.

rob looks great in the leather lol i like the idea for bella to be go for a joy ride wit a stranger. it makes ppl see how far shes gone after the breakup. it expresses it well for ppl who havnt read the book. and im happy bella will be having visions of him and not just hearing voices. it give us edward freaks a lil extra! lol
