I with you on that Twifan31! Plus, this guy looks really creepy to me. I pictured Aro to either LOOK like Christian Bale or Mel Gibson, not like this. Michael reminds me of these creepy creatures in a Doctor Who episode. lol no offence to him though, he seems nice.
I pictured aro as someone like Ben Barnes or Adam Brody. It says in the book they look petrified, not OLD. There’s a difference. Damn it Chris Weitz, Ben should have gotten the role. He actually LOOKS ITALIAN!
Haha, in some of the pictures Michael looks like “what have I gotten myself into!?” Can’t wait to see him as Aro.
i imagined him this age. but if you see like him in frost/nixon he looks really good. like all fixed up(: hahahaha. so i think he will dofine. brilliant actor.
Don’t be so negative. I actually think he is perfect. I imagined Aro, Marcus and Cauis actors being around the same age as Carlisle(Peter) You guys obviously have not seen him in Underworld, and he was hot as Lucius.I don’t see any of you complaining about Peter. You guys know that most movie’s that are based on a book, tend to stay as close to the book as possible, but they do need to change certain things that might appeal to those who haven’t read the books and suprise those who have. Either way, try to be positive about it. The actors themselves have said that Chris has kept the movie as close as possible to the book. So relax, you guys might love it more than Twilight.
@Lee : I saw him in F/N and Underworld. and Peter fits the part exactly how a lot of us pictured.
well not that many people liked Rob as Edward at first, and then they changed their tune. You don’t have to get all defensive. I am just saying, that he might not look the part now, but you haven’t seen him in character. Trust me I love the books as much as you do, and I want every movie to do it justice.
i think ppl need to chill out if the movies were just like the books ppl wouldnt watch them in all of histroy movies and books havent been just alike it will all work out and be wonderful just like Twilight did

i actually pictured Aro as an older looking person even though they are supose to look young. That’s what popped in my head.
i wonder if the wig that they made him makes him look super creepy like aro. he looks tired, must have been an all night shoot.
wooo hooo micheal sheen loved him in underworld he is a good actor he will be an awesome Aro but i actually pictured that old dude from underworld the one they all worshiped i think they called him Victor in that movie i dunno but i pictured him as Aro but micheal sheen is good too
