Ok I LOVE Twilight and all but this is going too far. The film is great, even if the full on chemistry between Bella and Edward couldn’t be made visual, they do an amazing job. The movie soundtrack is great. T-shirts and all that Hot Topic stuff is fine. (ie-jewelry, books, badges, dairies) But these dolls, the life-size cut outs, now the bleeding barbies?! Too far. It seems they’re just trying to squeeze as much cash out of Twilight as they can. That’s not what it’s about, that’s not what Stephenie Meyer would want. We are passionate fans of the books, the wonderful characters, not of barbies! This whole crazed fan has to mellow down. When did the love for Twilight twist to obsession with actors, people you don’t even know. I used to think I was in love with Edward Cullen, we all go through it cos it’s Bella’s perspective. But I am not in love with Robert Pattinson. He was run over people! The next day he was just as crouded by screaming 13-year olds as ever. How do you think he feels? Don’t you care? HE was even approached by a 7 year-old, who asked him to bite her. I’m sure all the other actors have it pretty bad too. I’m just saying enough is enough.

I’m in both side, I’m a adult barbie collector and I love Twilight books. For me, is something like a “holy grail” this dolls, becouse it put together 2 thing that I really love, twilight and barbie. I thougth that wtilight fun would love having this dolls, not for play, just for seen them, but aparently I’m wrong.

are you guys kidding? you’re ok with all of the other ridiculous things that they’re making (i.e. perfume, board games, ANYTHING trivial) and then the first actual “collectable” item they actually offer, it’s GOING TOO FAR! they’re NOT supposed to look like bella and edward. they ARE supposed to look like barbie and ken. duh. they are part of the COLLECTABLE barbie dolls series, which has featured mary poppins, grease, the wizard of oz and other great movies. so why don’t you actually applaud them for making a someone SANE decision in letting mattel, a HUGE company and barbie, a life long tradition in most homes, have part in the enormous twilight franchise.

i’m a 25 yr old grown woman and will be buying these because more than likely they actually will be worth something one day, unlike all the other useless twilight junk they’re selling at hot topic and walmart and where ever else they can hock it.

I agree with Nicole, they are collectible barbies and I dont see anything wrong with it, I mean I dont play with them anymore but come on there is already sooo many twilight items and its true they dont really have any collectibles because the replicas of the necklaces and other items like that are sold cheap. Okay I only read like half of the comments but from what I read, no one has noticed that the Bella doll (at least from the picture in a magazine) HAS GREEN EYES!!!!! This is supposed to be a Bella doll not a Kristen Stewart doll and Bella has BROWN eyes
