New Moon costume designer Tish Monaghan custom-made Bella’s one-of-a-kind dress:
”It was supposed to be a gift from Alice, so I wanted something pretty that Alice would buy, but also something vintage [looking] that would be appropriate for Bella. We dressed it down with sneakers to keep the Bella flavor.”

Hey Guys i anit trying to be a party pooper but what i dont get is that in twilight at the end when james bella and edward have a fight and bellas leg is bleeding really bad… but jazz dosent you know go to kill her and she has a little paper cut and a tiny little bit of blood comes out and jazz gose mad bit weriod but hey still love the book TEAM EDWARD

haha pretty dress but I just got to get this off my chest. It bugs me sooo bad that the blood looks that light there. I mean, I’ve gotten a deep cut a lot like that in the same place there and the blood was burgundy, so it bothers me having it so fake. lol.
anyway, the dress is sooo cute. I have one kinda similar in black that reminds me a lot of this.

i saw the trailer and Bella looks MUCH better than in twilight..actually, almost everyone does..
But i hated the part where Edward goes “this is the last time you’ll ever see me” his facial expression looked like he was tryna remember his lines..but on the other hand when he says “ur the only reason for me to stay alive..if thats what i am” now, THAT was adorable.
And the wolf looked COOL! 8D And Taylor..ooouuwee baby…now he looked..mmm mmm good..like campbells soup ahaha

the dress isnt exactly like the book, but its still really pretty. however, it’s now something i would wear, not because it isnt me but because its bella’s dress.

I think it is so bellas style and i love the vintage style. The converse are a nice toucch it like totally completes the outfit i think. And has anyone else noticed that right next to the dress bellas arm is gushing blood and her outfit still looks amazing.

Don’t ya think if the movie was EXACTLY like the book it would be…..BORING? Gotta have some imagination and flexibility with the conversion from book to film.
