Ditto, wish they would release something in the midwest (Minneapolis, Omaha, even Denver is a possibiity, seems like you need to live on the coast(s) to experience anything really fun!

Thanks those that agree with me. I understand that it is not a reopening and that it’s just a one-time showing, Ashley. And it’s not just this event that has me saying that Twilight is stooping so low; it’s all those other attributes out there that are hyping up Twilight to be this ‘fad’, though I hate to admit that. And I mean no offense at all when I say this. Believe me, I’ve been a Twilight fan ever since the first book came out and I have stuck with it with dedication. But when I see these barbie dolls of Edward everywhere that little girls are begging their mothers to buy for them, it makes me ashamed of what this phenomenal series has become through the media. I always encouraged my friends to read this series and now, when I hear others calling this series a ‘fad’ after the movie, I can’t help but agree. So many people out there aren’t fans b/c of the books and the profound messages within the text; they are fans b/c of the movie, the actors (especially Rob), and the merchandise. This isn’t what Twilight initially started out as; not that the movie wasn’t great or anything. But I just feel that Twilight isn’t as meaningful as it used to be.
