Twilighter since? 30 November 2008My friend told me in gym class to read a book called ‘Twilight’ (which she conveneintly had in her jacket for me to look at) and I read the summary and fell in love with it. As soon as she told me it was about vampires and loving a human, I yelled,”Gimme, gimme, gimme, I love it already!!” Another classmate told me that there was a movie that was in theaters, so we decided to go on 6 December 2008,we went to see the movie and after that, I told my friend, that I didn’t care if she was borrowing ‘Twilight’ to hand it over and nobody will die that day. I read ‘Twilight’ and then when it was time for winter break, I wouldn’t give it back to my friend until I had a copy of my own. I eventually gave it back and then went to the bookstore and got ‘New Moon’.
My mom wouldn’t help me get the rest of the saga after that unless she got to read it herself. I told her to start with ‘Twilight’ and she actually read it. After that, me and my mom have killed each other over the books just so we can read them, I finished in January, but would love to read the saga again soon. Also, now all me and my mom talk about is ‘Twilight’.

After reading what all the fans of the week have to say and the comments, it seems pretty clear to me that Stephenie has not only written one of the best love stories ever, she has brought alot of moms, grandmas, daughters, grandaughters and just plain families together. How cool is that????
my mom read them…she liked them but still gets mad at me when i freak out about them.

My mom read the books too. I guess she wanted to know why I liked them so much. She didn’t like them every much but we still talk about them. She sometimes gets mad when I have a twilight related freak out. Haha, I’m a little glad she doesn’t love the series like I do.
