ok that girl was ok for being fan of the week and by some of you obsessed with twilight but i understand her i mean im a bit more obsessed than her… 1st bacause i have read the books in english and in spanish which is a little weird but the truth is that this are the best books ever!

She saw the movie first of course. She not that obsessed she read it because of the movie. All the new ” fans” do the same. If you read it before the movie then you know how long you’ve been waiting for a movie. Thats crazy not fan like.all thses new fans they just bug me you know it was better when knowone knew now though I been reading it for 3 years and I will die without it then new fans ruin it. Tell her the London priemere has been canceled too.

Now lets not fight about who’s the bigger fan, everyone. Congrats to Clare even though it’s a little over obbsessive.

geez you no, some people are true fans even though they didnt read the books first. i read the books after i saw twilight but im in love with the books more. not all fans who saw the movie first are like others. lay off her! cus if ur saying that just because we saw the movie first were not as good of fans, thats wrong. congrats!

I have been obsessed with twilight the day that my friend had brought it to school. I asked her if i could read it and after the very fisrt page, i was hooked. I have read the series 26 times and starting it again. My mother says i should have it memorized by now and i do but i dont tell her. I always get surpised when i read it its like the first time i read it. It seems that no matter how much i know the book im still surprised when i read in breaking dawn that the Volturi are coming. It still gives me goosebumps. I love the books so much that i have half of my school hooked on it. I have been interested in it since it came out in 2005. I was esctatic when i heard they were making it into a movie that i screamed with joy when i got home. I hope that they continue making the movies. And for all that believe Rob and Kris are getting married your wrong its just a rumor that paparazzi made. But twilight is my life and i am wrapped around it like its my soul. I wish i could live the books as my own. Twilight is and will always be my life and reasoning. I hope that you enjoy reading my message.

I agree with some of what Mrsjasperhale is saying. Me and my friends were original fans who read it way before we knew about movie plans but we were just cool about it even though we’d have little obsessive moments, it was fun. The obsession started to die down but we still loved it. But then once the movie came out a new batch of fans “fell in love with it” and most of them are just annoying, immature, silly and over obsessive. That’s ruined it for me.
Also the reason everybody hates twilighters (especially HP fans) is because of people like this is just read it because of the movie.

I kind of agree with some of u but don’t at the same time…u don’t have to have read and been a fan of twilight from the moment it came out to be a tru fan.. and i think if u are a tru fan the excitement of twilight doesn’t die down. give the new over obsessive twilight fans a break. i guarantee over 90% of twilight fans were totally and freakishly obsessed in the beginning, i was and i know alot of people that are. i wasn’t a fan from the beginning, in fact i didn’t even like it til i read the first chapter. that was 9 months b4 the movie. just give the new TRUE twilighters a break. i admit some of the people that “love” twilight just because rober and taylor are hott are annoying and to me they are insulting since i am a tru twilighter and always will be… just give the tru after twilight was a movie twilighters a break.

Me-ow! All this fighting about pre-movie fans vs post-movie fans. It’s like the Edward vs Jacob battle =D OK here’s my take: Props to Claire for getting Twilight-related detention. That’s kind of a cool story to tell the grandkids someday. But I have to admit, I DO see a little obsession because of the not eating thing. (Edward would want you to have your tea, Claire!) And I agree with LOL, too much psycho-obsessing isn’t always “good press” for the hardcore fans. I tend to back the girls who hold Twilight very close to their heart; who don’t try to convert the whole world around them. BUT! Maybe that’s just me being a reserved Virgo. Congrats on FOTW Claire. Go easy on your friend Jacob. (Afterall, you want him to be a WOLF, not a puppy, right?) =] luxx
