New Moon Soundtrack available to Preorder on iTunes

You can now pre-order the New Moon movie soundtrack on iTunes, which comes with 4 exclusive bonus songs, including an original song from Lupe Fiasco entitled ‘Solar Midnite.’ As with all the songs on the soundtrack, these bonus songs will be heard in the movie and are previously unreleased.
Also, by preordering the soundtrack through iTunes now, you can immediately download Anya Marina’s ‘Satellite Heart.’ The song debuted yesterday exclusively through MySpace, and you can listen to it HERE!

Satellite Heart is really cool and pretty!
ok, someone help me- what’s the point of preordering? is itunes realllllly going to “sell out” of downloads? is it even possible? i went to preorder it and itunes said it’s subject to change without notice…should i take the risk to preorder or do you think the songs will be the same?

EmilyNJ – Pre Oredering will in most cases give you exclusive content that you can only get through pre ordering or through iTunes. It may also save you money. You should pre-oder if you know you want to get it either way, and by saying “subject to change” it means you may get bonus content that may be added later. You can also cancel your pre-order any time BEFORE the album is released. You will not be charged any money until you download the pre-order – except for $1.29 for the song that immediatly downloads when you confirm your pre-order. If you cancel your pre-order you cannot get that $1.29 back, but you can keep the song. Hope that helps

Oh and iTunes may also include a music video or a “making of” video or special songs you can only get by pre-ordering.
thanks maddie…. my husband went a little cross eyed when i tried to explain my quandary to him…plus it’s coming up on the year anniversary on my twilight obsession (yes i keep track, december 27th!) so he’s very weary of the twilight chatter…i appreciate your explanation, i will go and preorder it right now!
