fantastic make-up job w/ the scars … I agree w/ SAM … they’re convincing. scratch the bangs & fancy haircut tho. (somehow i pictured Emily a little more rustic and mysterious, but i’ll save that judgement til after i see her in NM)

That is sooooo not what I thought it would look like! I hope it was just the picture, but it looked like half of her face was REALLY old and the other half was young.
(Still FLIPPEN excited for New Moon!!!)

k so think about this…if she was attacked by sam, then shouldnt there be like 3 think slashes across her face?? this is like random streaks that dont resemble wolf claws the slightest. not what i pictured. but convincing, i guess…im not happy about it tho.

Im disapointed. they do not look even close to scars left from wolf claws. in the book, it says her lip was pulled down… her lips looke fine. hopefully in the movie it will look better… Im still excited though

Not what I thought Emily would look like, I expected her to look younger! Maybe it’s just the pic. Wow those scars look really real!

It could look better FOR SURE! She’s beautiful, immensely so, but the scars are so horrible to the point it’s hard not to stare. It definitley could’ve been better.

    She needs more scars!
Also it’s meant to be half of her face, that includes one eye, half her mouth and half her nose but it’s only on her skin. It’s like a quater of her face. It’ll hopefully be better in the film.

I’m am so tired of people complaining about the film! It hasn’t even come out yet. If they are going to satisfy everyone then they will never finish making it. Just be glad they actually make this film. Neither of us could do it better anyway. The scars are disgusting, like they are supposed to, therefore they are FINE.

ok, well the scars are fine, but me little miss prefectionist would have done it differently. Sam was suppose to have done this, with his claws and it would be three or four straight scars, none would be going diagonal like this! He mauled her, not carved her, unless his claws are defected, which I doubt… but anyway. I also pictured her lip kinda twisted to the side and her eye kinda shut, but I think Tinsel will make it work because she really is beautiful!

i think that they did the best they could. i was acually supprised that they got it to look that intense..but i bet itll look even more real during the movie..even if they could have added more detail into how he acually attacked her by accident..if that makes sence lol

odd. . . . . i seriuosly hope it looks better in the movie, tht wasn’t how i pictured the scars. . . . i thought it would’ve started on her forhead and made her eye and mouth curve down like it said in the book. whatever, hollywood always thinks their doing it the best way to make it look scary or whatever and they always end up messing up the entire movie. shouldn’t the scars be more scary? i mean, seriously. . .

I thought they would have been more like bella described them like more then just scars like that I thought they would take up the whole side of her face

She looks beautiful…however I don’t think she looks like a wolf scratched her face and in my mind the whole side of her face is messed up, not just a few scar lines….I can’t wait to see the movie though. I know the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words,” but an amazing movie like the Twilight Saga is worth so much more… =o)
