David Slade the director of Eclipse tweeted that they have wrapped filming on October 29th at 4:30am and this was retweeted by the official @twilight twitter account!

Eclipse is my favorite book, so this is even more exciting.

I loved Eclipse! Fav book in the saga, maybe, but i highly doubt it, maybe we may get to see a small clip during New Moon. Hey, I can dream.
