I loved New Moon. Only saw it twice, hoping to see it more times! Chris is amazing, so is the cast. They were all amazing.

@marcia : beautifully said. I think that what Twilight lacked in budget, it made up for in so many little ways … the independent feel of it, the gorgeous blue-violet tint of the film, Rob’s piano scene …

And of *course New Moon was destined to evolve into something bigger, just as Eclipse and Breaking Dawn will too. But I’ll always have a soft spot for Catherine’s details & the low-budget beauty of Twilight.

first before any of the howls start I loved the books, I think the original cast are quite incredible could not have been cast better…However, I was disappointed. Not in our beloved actors but the production lacked the “passion” the “sparkle” that dripped from every second of celluloid of Twilight. Yes, NM is superior in all the special effects, but Twilight had a quality of moodiness, desperate energy that carried it. And then there is the sound track! Bella’s beautiful theme so lovingly playing in the background…Rob’s songs…Twilight was way more personal. I will see NM again and most likely several times but if it had been the first movie I am not sure there would have been a second.

That is great!!!! With all the times I will be going this week haha it will keep it on top. I just love New Moon! Its way better than Twilight and Rob was great. Of course Taylor did an awsome job but Rob is still on top for me :] Kristen as well did a great job. She is just so pretty.

I don’t know why people would be disappointed with NM. Lots of them complained that Twilight didn’t follow the book at all. Obviously NM followed the book almost word for word and people are still complaining. So what if they added a couple scenes. I thought they blended well and didn’t change the story line at all. Just goes to show you can’t please everyone. There will always be haters out there. Just wish they would leave Twilight alone. If ypu don’t like it, don’t watch or bother commenting. People have no lives. Sorry this got long but people just pi** me off.

lol, im part of the reason for that, i’ve seen it twice already and im gunna see it again next week and i can see why it is soo veiwed, its brilliant, can’t wait for Eclipse now
