I don’t think melissa was as true to the book as she thinks she was! I for one felt that the intensity of emotions felt by bella were overshadowed and not shown – the “extra” scenes that made no sense to the scene since it did not follow what was written, the scenes she left out could have been there had she not subsituted them with the others-I am truly dissapointed that stephanie compromised,I am not the only everyone in the theatre were all”wtf” at least 60% said they would not see it again-I for one won’t
I’m glad she told us about one scene that’s in Eclipse, I just hope they take there time with the movie. I felt like New Moon was rushed, fans would sit and watch the movie even if it’s 3 hours long. I felt Bella’s pain for about 2 mins, when she was in pain for most of the book. Eclipse have so many great scenes in the book I hope she got them all in there and just make the movie longer. But I guess some things are up to the director as well.
