“Wyck Godfrey, the producer of all the films in the “Twilight” saga, admits that the creative team still doesn’t know how they’ll handle the character [Renesmee] in the “Breaking Dawn” movie, but said that the plan is absolutely for the production to go forward — as either one or two installments — with an eye toward beginning to shoot in Vancouver this fall. All three stars are signed for “Breaking Dawn,” he said, meaning that Stewart and Pattinson will be dealing with the joys and woes of interspecies parenting and newly minted heartthrob Taylor Lautner will return as often-shirtless shape-shifter Jacob Black.
At the moment, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, who’s penned all the “Twilight” movies, is working on the “Breaking Dawn” script(s). “It’s a work in process,” Godfrey said in an interview Friday. “The issue [of whether there will be one or two movies] is not going to be resolved until we get the full treatment and see whether it’s organic. If it’s not organic, I don’t think it will be done, and if it is, it will be. It really has to do with how much level of detail from the books there is, with all of these new vampires that appear in ‘Breaking Dawn,’ the whole section about Jacob… It’s a very long single movie if it does become a single movie.”

You know I’ve kinda just thought of this. They’ve done the first three movies so why stop now? My suggestion is to have one or two little girls who look a lot alike play the role Of Renesmee. I guess it will take a lot of money, but by the time New Moon comes out on DVD and Eclipse comes out in theatres then they’ll probably have enough to pay for all the Breaking Dawn movies costs. I’m just saying that if Breaking Dawn isn’t going to happen then a lot of fans will be dissapointed and if They are dissapointed then sales will go down big time. But if they decide to do Breaking Dawn then that’s absolutely WONDERFUL. When, and if, it’s confirmed I will go and scream at people that Breaking Dawn is becoming a movie. I promise I will. YAY!!! I really hope they do Breaking Dawn. It’s driving me crazy so I should probably stop typing right now. TeeHee. I love Twilight and anything that has to do with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think they should do 2 films or at least release it as a 4hour film. the books are long enough to have so much cut out anyway in the others. BD is even longer. The other alternative, is release the dvd version with all the deleted bits no matter how long. true fans would pay more for it and sit through several hours! Its so annoying to see clips to not have them in the films and then to hear they were left out cos of not keeping up the pace…i mean! come on! how is Bella and Edward kissing not keeping the pace lol. Just finishing reading BD and its definately my favourite!
I think they should rather make Breaking Dawn, because start and stop the saga most important book?? The coolest?? That disappoint thousands of fans around the world who are still !!!!!!!, 5 hours of film in theaters want BD !!!!!!!
Although we will need to pay U.S. $ 1000 for the film we BD on the big screen, even if 1,2, or 3 movies so we do BD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

I don’t think it’s a question of “if” anymore … it’ll be made, one way or another. They have Stephenie’s blessing, Melissa’s working on the script, and they’re starting to talk about treatments & casting.
Thankfully, it sounds like the studio and everyone else involved is committed to making the right decision for (a) Steph and (b) the fans, so I feel confident we’ll have a brilliant gem of a movie once this is all finalized.
they should do breaking dawn, like how hard is it to play or even find a renesemee… like if they dont do breaking dawn i will be sad and like all ill have a breaking dawn is the book and why make the other three and stop there???? i will absouletly kill myself if they stop at eclipse {figure of speech just kiddin and exagerating} please dont stop there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!………………….
