I really liked Remember Me & Rob had a very good performance!

I very much enjoyed the movie. What a great twist at the end of the movie! Rob did great!

  • Ana:

    • tania patts:

hey in my country the movie isn´t avaliable in theaters yet are you from mexico??
      yo tmb muero x verla!!!

  • Jayde:

i thought rob was with kristen?! he shouldnt have aceppted this movie! rob+kris+love 4 ever and ever!

    • How many actors and actresses are married and the preform sex scenes with other people? I'm just really speechless about this …it's called acting people, get over it.

      • write4love:

i know right! not every movie couple can get married and not do another movie with anyone else, otherwise there would be hundreds of low status actors and no big ones and way less movies! its just simple film ecology

  • Ellie:

I saw the movie and thought it was amazing. Rob was really fantastic in it too. But I am really sad that it hasn't done well at the box office, what's up with that?

  • Martha:

If i could speak to Robert Pattinson through E-Mail, I would tell him that after seeing Remember Me today, I too believe it is a story worth telling and that I appreciate his dedication and hard work to make the story possible. He, Emilie, Pierce and the others, through their characters, told a necessary story that is true to life in so many cases. We will all remember 09-11-01, but now it has even more heart than before because we can identify with the pain and the loss as well as the love and the changes in ones life. "As Ghandi said, "What ever you do in life is insignificant, but you must do it". Tyler had to make his Dad see what was in front of him all the time. Too bad that it came at such a price! Great Job Robert!

    • Tammy:

I totally agree. I really respect Rob for doing this movie. I just wish the critics could look beyond Edward Cullen and see how amazing Rob is and that he can be more than a teen vampire. Thank you Rob & everyone involved in the movie.

  • lizzie:

This movie was beautiful. Rob was amazing in it!

  • Daniela:

At first i didnt know were it was heading but then it was clear. I have to admit the ending made me cry. But other than that it was really good so i recommend it.:)

  • Barbarita:

I truly enjoyed this ilm. I, or one did NOT see the end coming although I have read a lot o critics say they did. Maybe I was under Rob's spell. ;) I am a former New Yorker and think they ALL did a magniicent job portraying New Yorkers. In thought it was well done. ANd Pierce Brosnan was just an extra added bonus.

  • Nicole:

Great movie, with excellent and unexpected ending. Rob did an amazing job. He and Emilie had great chemistry. The storyline was phenomenal.

  • Traci:

We all know that actors are not *actually* the people they play in movies, yes? That's something we are all clear on? That it is, in fact, their job to pretend to be someone else? We also know that their personal lives are really none of our business? Okay, good. Glad we are all on the same page.

    • YAYAYAYA!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! These psychos are going to ruin some really great careers by living in an imaginary world.

      • Dawn:

I agree. The same crowd that can't bear to see Rob as anything other than Edward. Maybe that's why the box office numbers are so bad.Keep him in a box and ruin his career, way to be a fan NOT.

  • JoAnna L:

Ending was definitely unexpected. I knew it was in 2001, but thought it was after 9/11 since in the one class they had talked about terrorist attacks. Rob and Emilie did a great job, were a great couple. Was funny though because I kept thinking some of the plot paralleled Twilight for some reason. He was dating a girl who lived with her cop Dad, it was awkward meeting his family sort of, they had pasta on the second date, just little things I noticed haha

  • I enjoyed the movie to the fullest. I thought it was a beautiful tribute to what it was trying to pay homage to. Rob did an excellent job and so did the rest of the cast. His little sister was phenomenal. I loved the roommate too, Aiden was hilarious. It was very touching and I think the movie was very aptly named REMEMBER ME because that's how I felt when the big surprise ending was revealed, that I'd forgotten and we should all remember that day.

As far as those of you that are boycotting this movie go, I hope it's not because of the whole Rob-Is-Edward thing. Really? Get a life. You're missing out on something amazing. And please grow up.

  • Sue:

WOW! What great acting by all cast members. Love you Rob! What a heartwarming, real movie with a gut wrenching finish. A lesson in life that is all too soon forgotten. Thank you Will Fetters for an excellant script and to all who fought to get it into the public eye. Critics may be harsh on the ending of this movie but I will stand firm in my belief that it was tasefully and respectfully done. Kudos to NEW YORK CITY for being exactly what you are…magnificent. I believe (IMHO) that the general public has been subjected to the plastic crap that Hollywood believes in for far too long and accepts this shite as how movies shud be these . It is very sad that when a true and genuine movie such as Remember Me comes along 75 percent of the population cannot understand or bother to understand what is truly worthy of their time, dollars and awe. It's much easier to be critical of others when you have an uneducated mind.
Thank Gawd for Indie movies. Best movie to come out in years. (again this in IMHO)

  • Sue:

    Oops edit necessary. Sentence shud have read;

I believe (IMHO) that the general public has been subjected to the plastic crap that Hollywood believes in for far too long and accepts this shite as how movies shud be these days.

Sorry,,,too emotional over movie critics who do not know for which they speak and unfortunately the mindless public accepts as gospel.

    GO AND SEE THIS MOVIE!

    • Dawn:

Yes, you are so right. Rob is not getting any credit for the boldness he showed in making this movie. He could have played it safe and put out the usual mindless fluff that you mention, but he wants to be known as a serious actor who takes his craft seriously. He is not a famewhore like most of them and is not in the business just to make money, he wants to put out decent and thought provoking work, like Remember Me. To those that have not yet seen it GO. If more people supported these kinds of movies then we wouldn't have the usual garbage Hollywood fare that's out there.

  • Novelist:

The movie was AMAZING. I was so into the movie, that when the lights came on, I needed to blink a few times before I could remember what day it was. I cried so hard at the ending of it…oh my God I'm still teary eyed.

I recommend that everybody go and see this movie…please! it's too amazing to miss out on.

    • Anahi:

I was the same. I did not expect the ending, the movie was awsome. I would go watch it again and again. Rob can really pull off a job. I LOVE HIM! He’s great, and he sure can act.

  • write4love:

im still so depressed after seeing the movie! i love robert pattinson sooo much and this was his best movie to date! perheps best movie ever! i also thought i'd be yelling at the screen the whole time just because i dont like it when rob is kissing other girls (besides me :P ) but his chemistry with emilie was amazing! i love you rob!!!!

  • Heather:

I thought it was amazing! The end made me cry. It was totally worth it though! :D

  • Teresa:

Apsolutly loved the movie..Robert portrayed his character so well! He really showed he can act in other movies and go beyond Twilight. The ending was so sad…but it gave great meaning to it. I love this quote.."Our finger prints dont fade from the lives we touch" that is so true. BUT i reccomend everyone see this.

  • i loved it rob and emilie had a such a good chemistry and i have never cried that much at all in this movie remember me

i didn't see the twist coming towards the end!!!!!!!!
i recommend anyone out there to go see it
    its such a good movie!!!!!!

  • Team Edward forever:

Remember Me was Amazing!! Robert did such a great job! This movie was way more than I expected and the ending had me lost of words plus i was crying lol.
Robert is such an amazing actor, and im glad to see him in something other than twilight even though he is amazing as Edward=)
p.s I was at this theater and the interviewer commented on how much she liked my Edward hoodie i was wearing. LOL.

  • Jessica Pallow:

I just saw it for a second time and I took my husband to go see it.. he totally makes fun of Rob, he calls him "pretty boy, Patty Pattinson!" lol but he still lets me indulge in his movies cuz he knows i love him as an actor, but he actually really enjoyed it, He thought he was really good in it , (as soon as hes on screen Edward leaves your mind) and he loved the humor in it, its not only for chicks people, guys can see it and enjoy it too so spread the word, its NOT a SAPPY love story, its about , Family, Love, Loss and learning!! Everyone must see it!!!

    • meliss:

i thought the same thing i love twilight obviesly but i havnt seen him in anything else and i was going kind of as a sceptic to be honest i wanted to see what i would think of him that was one of the main reasons i went and saw it. and as soon as hes on screen i dont see Edward what so ever. he did such a great job i cant wait to see e what else he does(sorry guys if the typing hrrible…im exausted…)

  • meliss:

wow! i have no words to discribe this movie i saw it the day it came out in the 1st showing in my theater. and i cried my eyes out. it was sooo good. not just the normal love story so much more. i loved it.

  • Sher:

Awesome movie. Rob was spectacular in the movie. I laughed at parts, and cried so hard at the end. It was surprising. Rob is such an awesome actor, and people who don't want to see it just because he's not portraying Edward Cullen, they do not know what they are missing. I can truly say that I love Rob as an actor not just as Edward Cullen.
At first I thought that I just liked him as Edward, but after watching him in Haunted Airman and in Remember Me, I can truly say I love him as the great actor he is. Awesome job Rob. Can't wait for Bel Ami and other projects that you are going to do. I am so going to see this movie again. Awesome and amazing.
I truly loved how Rob interacted with Ruby( his sister in the movie). So endearing and believable. AWESOME and well worth the tears that were shed.

  • Jennifer Villacci:

I really enjoyed the movie. My husband and I went to an over 21 movie theater so I wasn't sure how large a crowd there would be and it was a decent crowd. As we were leaving, one of the men in his 50's said to his wife – "I had expected that to be a chick flick and it wasn't, it was really good". I wanted the movie to do well and to be good and it truly was. I was afraid that I wouldn't like seeing him with anyone besides Kristen Stewart but that was not the case at all. I was totally cheering for the love story and was so happy for them when it worked out. I thought the acting by everyone was awesome. I hoped that the box office #'s would have been better. I think that as more people see it that word of mouth will get out that it is a good movie. I hope that the ending doesn't get told because that would have ruined the movie for me personally. Go see it!

  • R.J.:

I loved the movie except for the ending. Robert did a great job playing a big brother and son but i saw too much of Edward and Bella. He reacted a lot the same way in this movie as twilight. I guess thats good because he had to show his love in sort of the same way. It was just too emotional at the ending and i wasn't prepared for that. Overall, AWESOME job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Jeanette:

I'm gonna be honest the beginning for me was slow but after I watched it finally clicked for me. Now I understand why the call it Remember Me….it was great. Rob did an excellent job. Okay did anybody notice that he was an EXECUTIVE PRODUCER!!!! Way to go Rob!!!! I wanted to cry at the end.

  • Diane:

Guys…this is definitely not a chick flick, & it proves once & for all that Robert Pattinson can act. I am one of his older " Twilight" fans (old enough to be his grandmother!) but I wasn't sure if his casting as Edward Cullen was just a perfect fit & he a one-time-wonder. It wasn't…he's not…I will go see him in anything that doesn't cross the line into R-rated. Although "Remember Me" is not my usual choice of movie fare, I'm so glad I saw it (will buy it when it comes out on DVD) & I reccommend it to EVERYONE.

    • Jenela:

Diane as another fan of his and old enough to be his grandmother I am right with you
100%. Robert Pattinson can act and it amazes me that the critics were so hard on him I wonder why they are so threatened. Hmm…Yes everyone should see and I 'll be in front of you when the DVR is out. :)

  • Dawn:

I totally agree. I am very disappointed, to put it mildly, at the poor reception this movie has had. It deserved so much better. The critics, most of them, slammed it to Hell, the ending was leaked all over the internet and Summit went and released the Eclipse trailer the day before the movie was scheduled to open. WTF. But by far the worst thing that happened was the absence of the fans, that breaks my heart. It's like Rob said, they love Edward not me. I just wish we could have shown him differently. He must really be having a WTF moment over these box office results. All I can say is that to those that haven't see it yet – GO. It's a movie that is well worth it.

    • Jenela:

I am just as disappointed as you are and the negativity from some of the critics were totally disgusting and made no sense. I wonder if they actually saw the movie? I was furious that the internet leaked out so much information and worse yet the released Eclipse trailer was beyond words. That said the Twilight Fans better haul themselves down to the movies and see the wonderful talent of Rob Pattinson and the cast. This is a a movie worth seeing with important lessons to learn and we don't always have all the time in the world to learn them.

  • Jane:

Come on everyone, word of mouth, get it out there how great this movie is and get them to go see it. If it had been in more theaters that 2200 it would have doubled the gross and beat out the #3 spot. I have seen it twice and it is one of the best movies I have ever seen and I am over 25, so not a teenager. Rob was so good in this film, hard to take your eyes off if him. Going back again this weekend. Remember it has not been show overseas yet, so that will help the gross when it is. Wonderful, fantastic movie portraying love and lost to the fullest.

  • Twilighter1981:

can't get this movie out of my head!! it was sooo good!! it just makes me want to go for it…what ever it is in life that i want to just go for it! I'm so in love with his character….Rob was so good in this film…I've seen him in British films he has done even Little Ashes….he was brilliant in them all…the whole cast was so brilliant!! and i'm so glad i went in blind not knowing more then the trailers showed. my husband even had tears in his eyes! i really believed Rob was Tyler! the movie was just amazing!

  • Twighlter1976:

This movie was great! I too was afraid I would be reluctant to believe the love story without Kristen Stewart but I can't get my mind off of Rob Pattinson's character. I too am of the older crowd, definitely not a young teenage girl, and am married. I am so glad to read that there are a lot of people out there my age enjoying these young actors! I think Rob Pattinson is so believable which is why I enjoy watching him in movies. Same for Kristen.

  • lsph2000:

I'm right there with you Twighter1976. I'm older and a big fan on the series and the movies.
I was very surprised. I was sure I would not like it but I really did. It seems to start off a little strange and it took a minute to get with what was going on.
But after that i really did enjoy it and Rob's performence.

  • Mary:

I saw the movie and I am going to see it as many times as I can. I loved the movie. The human element in this movie bring every emotion humanly possible. The deep meaning of this movie should make each of us strive to be better human beings while there is life. Thanks to Robert’s sticking to his guns and doing this movie, as I’ve known all alone, there’s more to R Pattz than just a pretty face. He’s a natural and I will go see him in any of his projects.

  • Candice:

Loved the movie! Great story and ending…Rob did great :)

  • Jody:

The movie was excellent! My heart was actually hurting as I left the theatre. I would highly recommend this movie. Well done and well acted.

  • carolyn:

Rob was excellent in Remember Me. So was Emile and the rest of the cast. It is really too bad that Rob will have to work twice as hard as most actors to prove himself, i.e. Brad Pitt, Paul Newman – because he is attractive. He is an amazing talent and I hope he stays strong – we believe in you Rob, keep the Faith! This part was perfect for Rob. I know he'll continue to amaze us and work at his craft – and we'll enjoy the ride!

  • ABK:

I thought the movie was great! Rob did a wonderful job and proved that he can act. Its not a chick flick as I took my husband and he also loved it. I think the critics were way off on this movie. Also, I think what might have hurt was those people who choose to only see Rob as Edward but you should know you are truly missing out!

  • jenela:

.After listening to all the negative criticism from the critics I reluctantly went to see Remember Me expecting them to be right that it was a waste of time, that Robert was not good in it. I saw it and thought it was good but knew I was going to have to see it again…..I went the next day and really enjoyed the absolute talent of Rob, Emile and the rest of the cast they were so believable. The movie was gentle, loving and laced with some humor as well as heart wrenching and yes, I did cry. To be honest it’s probably one of the best movies I've seen in years. I am shocked how the ending surfaced on the internet and am glad I didn’t see that…I think Summit has a Mega-star on their hands and I hope they have enough sense to promote and offer him movies that aren't always going to bond him to the Twilight Saga….Talent is talent and Robert has only just begun.

  • Major Rob Fan:

i saw Remember Me and LOVVVVVVEEEDDD it. Rob was perfect in every single possible way. the movie was so great i laughed, cryed, screamed, whined, and smiled. Few movies are as powerful and moving as Remember Me was. I saw it once and am going to bring my mom to see it too. because 1.) i loved it so entirely that i REALLY want to see it again and 2.) my mom thinks rob is a good actor (im pretty sure) and she would love it and lastly i'm not going to ruin it for any of the viewers of these comments and ruin the ending of the movie but it was AMAZING! THE MOST SHOCKING ENDING TO A MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE OF MOVIE WATCHING!!!! and for any serious Robert Pattinson fan (like me) that HASN'T seen Remember Me yet, and is reading all of the reviews from the critics and thinking this movie looks awful!…..don't. IT IS AMAZING! A POWERFUL LOVE STORY,AMAZING TWIST ENDING, AND AN AWESOME CAST THAT COMPLETES THE MOVIE PERFECTLY!! <3 <3 <3 <3 I LOOOVVVVEEEE ROBERT PATTINSON WITH ALLLLLLLLL MMMYYYYY HEEEEARRRTTTT <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

  • jess:

So truthfully i never intended to go see this…the previews just didnt grab my attention all that much. I just saw it last night and i ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! The twist at the end was a big shock but I thought all the parts were very well played and the story was amazing. Great movie!!

  • weni:

Watched Remember Me with my boyfriend. At first I was afraid that the movie would suck. Thank God, it wasn't. It was a VERY moving movie. I have to admit the beginning was slow for me. But when it got to the middle it was great. I love the scenes were Tyler (ROB) and his sister would be talking. I love the way Tyler (ROB) protects her, makes me wanna wish that all big brothers out there were like Tyler. And surprisingly I love Pierce Brosnan in here too, was not a big fan. But after this movie all I can say for him is WOW. Intense scenes with him and Rob were also one of my favorite.

I just wish that some people would stop saying that the movie was a disgrace because of the ending. And way to go for some of them to tell the ending. And also please stop criticizing any movie that most of the viewers are females. Really..it's annoying.

Lastly, in these movie ROB showed that he can ACT. I just wish that by word of mouth the earnings of this movie will get higher that 10million. Come on people, this might not be TWILIGHT, set aside the fact that Rob is starring in this movie. Just watch this movie because it is really really GOOD.

  • Caitlin:

Remember Me was the most beautiful movie, with such an unexpected ending, but it was so good! It was great to see Rob doing something non-twilight.. He was so good in this movie. Highly recommended

  • Marisa:

I loved this movie. It litterally left me speechless and in awe. Robert's performance in this movie made Twilight look like a joke. He was just awesome and you totally didnt get Tyler confused with Edward which was what I was afraid of. This movie has an awesome story, life is too short to focus on the things that dont matter. This is a must see movie.

  • Hailey-Lynn:

I was captivated by this movie i loved loved loved it<3

  • Oh my god.. this movie was one of the best movies i have ever seen. I really can't believe it only made 8.3 mill this weekend. Robert and Emilee are amazing, their performance was incredible. I am a huge fan of the twilight books and movies.. and not once did i think of Edward. It shows he can get away from the vampire seen. I was in shock at the end of the movie.. so many emotions came out after i left the theater.. i couldn't get the movie off my mind. I recommend that everyone sees this movie!!

  • Cullenfanforever:

I cannot see robert make out with anybody else other than kristen i love edward

  • angela:

i never went to see remember me,
    and i don't think i ever will!!!
    hate fucking emilie!!!
    sorry girls,
    i hate it!!!

  • Denise:

I loved the movie, and I thought Robert Pattinson did an excellent job!! My husband went with me, he is not a huge Robert fan, but he said it was 100% better than he thought it would be!! Want to see it again!!!

  • brooke:

I have been depressed for days. Rob did an absolutly wonderful job. He made me fall in love with his character. I'm already in love with him. <3

  • JO:

This is a very sad movie. It should have been rated R. As a parent you can’t trust this rating. Know what your kids are watching!
