Seen it 4 times myself and have read all the books as well. I wasnt disappointed with the movie by any means but was sad to see some of my favorite parts left out. Y didnt we get the tent fight scene for example? The DVD release date has not been made yet and wont be until they see it dwindle down in theaters. Prolly around November, it usually takes about 3 monhs or so. Cant WAIT to see what they do with Breaking Dawn in its TWO PARTS!!!

OK I really want to know only from those who actually read the book, really liked the cut and paste version of Eclipse the movie? I do understand that there is now way that a book can be made into a movie word for word but I was very disappointed with the movie. I didn't even read any of the books until I watch both Twilight and New Moon many times I even own the DVD's (I have now read all 4 books). All I can say is that Eclipse felt more like one big tralier rather than a movie. The first two even if they didn't follow the books completely at least felt fluid and not chopped up. If Eclipse had been at least 30mins longer and didn't add parts that were not even shown in the book (the beginning of the movie in Seattle) there would have been more time to be truer the book.
