I think you should be allowed to see it. This story is epic. By the age of 13 you have an understanding of what happens on a honeymoon. This will not be elaborated overly, because the movie is not rated R. If you were allowed to read the books, then I think you are mature enough to see the movie. The honeymoon scenes will make up very little of the entire movie, and I doubt you will be damaged by anything Summit produces…. I vote YES for you to see it. … I am a parent of 3 girls, 12,17,& 20. My 12 year old will be with me on the opening night.. This is love story above all else. The morals of the story are in the right place.. nothing happens between man and wife until they are married, and even then, like I said the whole "scenes-in question" will be censored enough by the production company in order for it to keep a PG-13 rating. SEE IT!

I am a mother of two kids one 11 and one 12 and they both have seen Breaking Dawn part 1.. I don't think the honeymoon scene is that bad. Can't wait to see Part 2!!.. I love twilight Own all the books and all movies except for part 2 so far.. We watch them as a family almost every weekend from the first to part 1.. TEAM EDWARD ALL THE WAY!!! Though I do wish Stephine would of taken it further!!! I want MORE!!!!!
