Why you? well… i’m pretty enamored when it comes to the series. i’ll admit it, it takes up a lot of my time. when i’m bored in chemistry, i doodle cute little quotes, and the names Edward Cullen and Isabella Swan in script. i even went so far as to write my first college admissions essay on how Edward Cullen affected my personal life… and everyone loved it. when the trailer came out, i was so fascinated by the characters in motion, i just sat in my chair and watched it ten times over. so i really can’t say i deserve to be a fan of the week, i just completely love the books, they’ve literally changed my mental set and my perspective on a lot of things. :]

i think i should be the fan of the week because i’ve convinced all my friends to read the books and all of them love it.Many of my guy friends have read them and love them too! Twilight changed my life….it gave me an escape route when there was none. It’s also helped me write many fan fictions! I’ve met so many great people through the book! Right now i’m actually trying to …if they make the second movie…get the part of leah clearwater….i know its a long shot but all my friends say i look like her plus have acting experience. Once when i was at a twilight party in canada a group of girls had called me leah!

Why you? Because I am a HUGE fan of the Twilight Series & love Stephenie Meyer soo much! If it wasnt for her I wouldnt have made lots of new friends at school. Why you? I had never heard of Twilight when I first stumbled upon it in my school library. That was back around the time New Moon came out, and it wasn’t as popular then. But the cover looked interesting to me, so I checked it out of the library thinking that I might read it if there happened to be any rainy days some time soon.
Well, by coincidence or by fate, that Saturday it stormed continuously and left me with nothing to do. So I picked up Twilight, and didn’t get up from my chair until 5 that night when I shut the book, desperate for more. Unfortunately, I had to wait until the next Monday to rush to the library to get New Moon, and the waiting almost killed me. But I got it first thing Monday morning, and proceeded to walk into the wrong 1st period class because I was so engrossed in the book.
I have since been amazed at how much the fandom has grown. I passed the books on to my friends and family, and there now seems to be a whole community at my school of Twilighters. Not to mention the huge online community that has supported Twilight every step of the way with unrivaled devotion. I feel proud to be a part of something so much bigger than myself, and I am eagerly counting down the days until Breaking Dawn and the Twilight movie, along with all my fellow Twilighters (as I type this, there are 61 days until BD, 193 days until the movie, in case you were wondering :).

Why you? I love twilight sooooo much! I am addicted to it. I think about it all the time. Whenever someone mentions it or even says the names Edward or Bella I turn around with my heart beating wildly in my chest. It is the best book I have read and my computer is filled to bursting with pictures from the film. I constantly wish that I was Bella and that I was a vampire. I adore Edward Cullen. I love the way he and Bella are so connected… like in Eclipse when Bella’s mum notices how they move around eachother like they’re eachother’s centre of gravity… I just love twilight soooo much! It’s the centre of my world. Would I like to be a vampire? Yes!! YES! YES!!! A million times YES!!!

I like them in every way and I also made a list of how many options you have to kill a vampire..jeje
I also like werewolfs and when i read these books they mixed my two favourites types of fantastic characters!.
Well talking about the book I think I’m a little obsessed ( a little ?) I have read the 3 books in less than a week.
when I finished the books ,I quickly look up in internet and started searching for fanarts and fanfics, also quotes ; I have a complete notebook of my favorite quotes.
all of the books make me laugh, cry, feel…happy & sad (when edward leave Bella, I cried like a baby) and of course every time that edward touch, kiss or smile at bella i started to hiperventilating!!!
I started to read these books and quickly turned almost every one around me in twilighters too!!
and now they love Edward.
I think i’m obsessed with the books….because now all my world are the books, when i’m not reading i started to think that the real world is a fantasy and the twilight world is my REAL world, and i don’t want to leave it!!
before finishing, i only have to said that, if stephenie meyer does something bad to my edward i’m going to die!!, if she doesn’t give me my happy ending i’m going to cry each day of my entire life

Why you? All, my life people made fun of me for two reasons:I read books, and I loved vampires. People thought of me as a nerd.
But, I had friends, of course, and that is how my addiction started. I noticed my two friends reading a book vampires, called Twilight. They said it was the greatest book ever made, but trying to be a part of the in crowd, I kept giving the book the other cheek.
One day, out of pure boredom, I decided to look up more about Twilight. I searched it on Wikipiedia, and saw many things I had heard from my friends. Mostly about how great the book was. So when I came back from a winter break, I asked the friend I told I would never read it, to borrow Twilight.
I read it in one day, and fell in love. With everything, everypage. I then got new moon and cried when Edward left, and in eclipse I jumped for joy when Edward preposed.
In the four short, and probably greastest months of my life, I wrote 4 twilight inspired books, made Twilight playlists, memorized Twilight from font to back, got some friends as obsessed as I am, and researched about the upcoming movie. I even watched a sci-fi movie with Rob Pattinson in it just to see his acting skill, and I have never been more happy in my life!

Well probably because ever since i read the books i haven`t been able to stop talking about them, or dreaming about them or bugging everyone about how much i love the books; but mostly because i feel part of the story. When i first read them i didn`t sleep or did my homework, instead i spent all the free time i could find to emerge myself into the history, i cried when Edward left, i laugh with Bella’s litle incidents, i got angry with Jacob and blush every time Edward said or did something to Bella XD. I am absolutely obsessed with the series, i cannot put it in words. i think it should be me cuz not only am i a big fan of the series but i also try to make other people fans of the series. Why you?
Well… I’ve been obsessed with vamps since I was abotu 3 and my father scared the crap out of me watching this weirdo rockstar-vampire flick. Ever since I’ve had a rather unhealthy obsession with vampires.
And in the late summer of 07, I subscribe to xanga cause I also have an unhealthy obsession with icons, I noticed alot of “I love Edward Cullen” and “I’m betting against Alice” and “What obsession? Edward Edward Edward Edward” Icons. So I decided to wikipedia “Edward Cullen” and what pops up? SOme old preist guy from the 1800. And I’m like “Wow, This guy must have been hott for peopel to love him like this” Then wikipedias all like “or are you refering to Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series?” And I’m like “Maybe” So I click and low and behold, I became obsessed.
Ever since then, I’ve screamed and jumped around in happiness when I’ve aqcuired the newest book, I’ve gotten mushy whenever Edward talks romanticly to Bella, I’ve laughed at Emmet and the Quileute boys constantly, I’ve listened to song after song and went “Thats a Twilight song” (And even made a playlist), Done school reports, Smiled whener I’ve found someone who looks liek the characters on the skytrain, Turned friends, family, teachers and random people onto the books.
I can truly say, I’m a twilighter with a rather unhealthy obsession.
And once again, I think I’ve blabbed too much about everything.

I became so hooked from the first book and read the next two books over Christmas. Why you?:
I am obsessed with vampire books, and have been for years. Last fall, my best friend
told me to read Twilight– I actualy read it to get over another vampire book.
(Everyone knows how that is– you can’t stop thinking about a book– just like
Twilight! :]) I couldn’t stop reading after about the second page; Stephenie Meyer
just has a way with words, I guess. Twilight seems like it could really happen in
real life, which is probably what made me love it so much, even though I prefer
fantasy (like Twilight) to realistic fiction. The way the books are written, I would
barely be surprised if I met Bella one day running from (yet) another vampire. It’s
agony to have to wait until August for Breaking Dawn, but, then again, if Bella
could live for six months without her true love, I can wait six months for a book.
(At least, I hope so!)

By the end of the class period i had read forty six pages and i asked my friend about it and she said it was a sequel so it took me five weeks to get my mom to get me Twilight then another three to buy New Moon and another five weeks to get Eclipse. ever since i got the books i havnt put them down!

Why you?: Sometime last year my friend introduced Twilight to me. I was very unsure of it at first. I had never read a vampire book at the time and I was uncertain of how it would turn out. But finally she managed to convince me to read it (and thank goodness she did!). By the third chapter of Twilight I was hooked. After completing Twilight my friend lent me New Moon, and then Eclipse. Honestly I have never read a better series of books and I have read so many. Harry Potter never did for me what Twilight does for me. I love these books and I don’t know how I could have ever questioned them. I am looking forward to Breaking Dawn, hopefully I’ll be first in line at my bookstore!

Reason: I began to read Twilight a year ago. I was desperate for something to read and my English class had just finished reading Romeo and Juliet, so that made me eager for a romance novel. My friend came in one day and had a book with an interesting cover. With the usual “It’s awesome. Definitely read it.” I made my way to the library and checked it out. That day has changed my life forever. I now own all three books, having also re-re-read all three. My 16th birthday is also coming up and the main theme is Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse. I am very excited because I know each of my friends will love it, since we’re just a big family of Cullen-lovers. (We especially love one Cullen who’s name begins with an E…) I finally got my best friend to read it and she is as obsessed as I am. It’s weird how we have the same opinions on the books and we can agree on it all. Thanks to these magnificent, extraordinary books, I have made so many more friends and have a whole new range of topics to use in conversations. These books will always stay with me and will continue to be in my favorites list.
