Our 1 year countdown for Breaking Dawn: Part 1 movie has now begun today! Thats right, every day we’ll be making a countdown post, just like this one, until the release date, November 18, 2011.

I know it sounds like a loooooong time, but if we stick together we’ll survive the wait.

Confirmed Breaking Dawn Will Be Two Movies!

Deadline.com is reporting that they have confirmed that Breaking Dawn will be split into two films! Read the announcement here!

I have this from several sources, and it’s definitive. Filming on the back-to-back movies would begin in mid-October, and Summit Entertainment is looking at “high-end” directors.

Due to the length of the prose novel, the book will be divided into 2 volumes and the release date for the second volume is forthcoming.

Anna Kendrick Talks Breaking Dawn Movie

MTV caught a quick video interview with Anna Kendrick at last nights Golden Globes, where they got a chance to ask her if she knew anything about the Breaking Dawn filming. Not surprisingly she doesn’t have any information, Access Hollywood reached a similar dead end when they questioned Taylor Lautner. It looks like we will just have to wait and see what happens! She was also asked her opinion on Breaking Dawn being split into two movies, to which she was fine with either option. In the end she concluded it’s simply ‘not her call’. ..She had a lot to talk about. Like “Breaking Dawn,” the final novel in the “Twilight” series. Depending on whom you speak with, Stephenie Meyer’s last Bella and Edward book will either be split into two films or remain intact.

“If it is [split], great. If it’s not, great,” Kendrick insisted, saying it’s not that she doesn’t care, but that she has no control over the situation. “I understand why they would want to do that, but it’s not my call.

“I find out when the fans find out. That’s true,” she laughed when asked when she expects to be briefed on how “Breaking Dawn” will be shot. “You will find out before I find out, actually. Text me.”

Despite the heavy downpour in Hollywood, Taylor Lautner wasn’t letting anything dampen his first Golden Globes experience. Plus, does Taylor reveal where the fourth film in the “Twilight Saga” will be shooting?

No, no he doesn’t. Taylor speculates that possible filming locations include Vancouver or Portland, but admits that nothing is for sure, and it sounds to me just like off the top of his head speculation. Still a fun video of Taylor at his first Golden Globes!
