Solomon Trimble (Sam) Interview

Inspire Magazine has an interview with Solomon Trimble, Sam Uley in the Twilight movie:

You were in the La Push scene, was that a difficult shoot?

(Semi Spoiler) I spent a lot of time with wardrobe and fought onset to wear the least amount of clothes possible. Wait let me explain, Sam in the beach scene is 19 years old, and because he has been phasing since he was 16 then that means he’s running the werewolf fever of 108 degrees. Yeah um, it was snowing/hailing/raining that day, so Catherine made me wear an under coat underneath a big Pendleton jacket to keep warm, but she did let me wear shorts. I regret saying anything at all because I ended up getting sick before my scene shot.

He also has a part in the anticipated film Crossing Over with Harrison Ford, Sean Penn, Ray Liota and Ashley Judd which comes out in the next year. J-14 Interviews Michael Copon

J-14 has a new interview with Michael Copon about possibly being Jake in New Moon. Read it here.

J-14: Everyone’s putting you up against Taylor Lautner – why do you think you should be Jacob?
Michael: I have nothing against Taylor personally. I think he’s great and tremendous at what he does. But it’s just adjusting to the fact that Jacob has to grow. It’s a matter of going with the storyline. It goes with the territory. I see so much in Jacob Black that I feel like wasn’t brought to the first film that if I had the opportunity, I would totally create an amazing character. He’s more than just a guy who walks around and smiles and likes Bella. It’s just too one-sided. It’s two colors and I feel like Jacob is full of a hundred colors.

Peter Facinelli Interview

Flixster.com has a new interview with Peter Facinelli (Carlisle).
Peter mentions how Twilight isn’t just a chick flick! (I Agree)

Girls have dominated the initial audience for the film, but what’s in it for the guys? Isn’t it just a chick flick? “It’s not!” says Facinelli. “A specific example: my brother-in-law, a real guy’s guy. When he went to Twilight he brought his iPod with him, because he said, ‘I love you, but….’ He thought it was gonna be a sappy love story. But he loved it! He kept poking my sister, and saying, ‘God, I really thought I was gonna hate this!”
