Nikki Reed Talks New Moon
“The Cullens aren’t really in the second book and the studio was trying to stay true to the books,” she told MTV News. “I was sort of surprised by the few scenes that I watched. I feel like they’re gonna be great, and the movie as a whole will be wonderful and [director] Chris [Weitz] is doing an amazing job.”
But the Cullens are in a very pivotal scene in both the book and the film. And Reed insists that when fans get to finally see Bella’s now-infamous 18th-birthday scene, it will be the fact that they played it out in an understated way that will make all the difference.

Nikki Reed Going To Italy, But Not For Filming
Nikki Reed says that she’s going to Italy, even though she’s not in any of the scenes but she wanted to go to see them film “Because I am sort of obsessed with that portion of the book.”
Twilighters know that many fan favorites will be left behind during the trip to Italy. One of the stars, however, plans to go along for the ride — even if her character won’t.
“Put it this way: I am not in any of the scenes in Italy, but we’ve already made sure that I am going to Italy while they shoot that,” Nikki Reed laughed, revealing plans to witness the Volturi firsthand. “Because I am sort of obsessed with that portion of the book.”

Kristen Stewart and Nikki Reed In Celebrity Documentary
MTV has a post about Nikki Reed’s brother doing a celebrity documentary entitled ‘The Glorification of Celebrities’ which will feature Nikki Reed and Kristen Stewart, along with other celebrities.
“My brother goes to UCLA, and he’s making a documentary right now called ‘The Glorification of Celebrities’,” revealed Nikki Reed when we spoke with her a little while ago, explaining a small film that will feature herself, Kristen Stewart and other young stars commenting on the newfound power and pressure bestowed on them practically overnight. “’Twilight’ will play a role in it, but it is just about [exploring]: What is the definition of being a celebrity now?
“I think fans with be able to see this,” she said of the flick, which the Reeds expect to graduate beyond the little-seen world of student films. “I am trying to be as involved as I possibly can. I think ‘Twilight’ was a wonderful thing for him to use [in the film], because it escalated quite quickly. It went from being this little tiny book series that none of the actors really knew anything about to this explosion that happened somewhere around the summer [of 2008]; I started walking outside and people started yelling ‘Rosalie!’”

‘New Moon’ cast clubbing in Vancouver
Rob and Nikki Dating Rumor Is False
Life & Style is reporting that Rob is “back” with New Moon costar Nikki Reed. Apparently, the two shacked up together after a party in Vancouver, causing N.R. to catch a later-than-anticipated flight to L.A.
We’re calling total bull on this one, folks.
Maybe the two cutie-pies did hang out, but we’ll put money on the fact that it was totally not Twilight-worthy heart-wrenching love stuff. After all, Nikki and Kristen are BFF’s, right?
More than one very good chum to Nik and Kris is adamantly refuting any Rob-Nikki romance. We’re told a serious relationship between N and R does not exist. “I get why people would think that. Let’s just say it’s convenient for a lot of people to pair Rob in the media up with Nikki, Natalie Portman, Paris, whoever to get the heat off him and Kristen.”

Nikki Reed’s Colorful Shoes
Nikki was found in SoCal wearing some very colorful shoes.
Twilight star Nikki Reed and her sweet shades have returned to SoCal. We recently spotted the actress skipping around town in a variety of colorful kicks (a Twilight trend, apparently).
One day, Ms. Reed opened wide for a sushi meal at Melrose Ave’s I Love Sushi. The next day, Nikki, her friend Kate, and her mother Cheryl Houston enjoyed the Argentinian fare of Lala’s before heading down La Brea to buy some furniture to match her footwear.
Nikki balanced out the fumes from her old BMW convertible by driving it interchangeably with a brand new Audi Q7 “clean turbo diesel.” Fancy times.

There’s a new dating rumor about Rob and Nikki:
With production of the “Twilight” sequel “New Moon” now in full swing, the rumor mill has started a-cranking with whispers of some offscreen coziness between castmates Robert Pattinson and Nikki Reed.
According to LaineyGossip, the non-odoriferous heartthrob was spotted out with the actress on Sunday night in Vancouver, B.C.
