EW has the first scoop on Catherine Hardwicke’s book Twilight: Director’s Notebook:

Little, Brown and Company will release Catherine Hardwicke’s book Twilight: Director’s Notebook on March 17, just in time for the March 21 release of Twilight on DVD, EW has learned exclusively.

The book will include inside secrets on casting, location scouting, and wardrobe — plus behind-the-scenes photos, personal notes about Hardwicke’s favorite scenes, and more. “With this book, I tried to show fans and aspiring filmmakers some of the process that the crew and I went through filming Twilight,” said Hardwicke

TheHDRoom.com has a new article clearing up some of the confusion surrounding the Twilight Bluray/DVD release. A lot is explained, so if you were confused at all, check it out here!

Here are the contents of the Twilight Special Edition Blu-ray Disc release which, by listing a New Moon teaser trailer, infer Summit will embrace BD-Live in the next month or so. The film will be presented in 2.4:1 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.

Edi Gathegi Camps Out For Twilight DVD

Home Media Magazine has an article about the DVD and it’s release parties, and apparently Edi Gathegi will be camping out too! xD

“I’m gonna be there at midnight with everyone else waiting for the DVD,” Gathegi said at Summit’s Push premiere party Jan. 29. “We’re gonna make it an old-fashioned slumber party … I think it’s genius what Summit is doing. A large part of our audience is teenagers, and every one of them will be there.”

Yahoo’s resident chart watcher, Paul Grein, has a new article talking about how the Twilight soundtrack is breaking records! Seriously it is pwning the top 10! xD Check out the article here.

5. Various Artists, Twilight soundtrack, 33,000. The former #1 album inches up from #6 to #5. This is the album’s 12th straight week in the top 10. That’s the longest run in the top 10 for a theatrical movie soundtrack since 8 Mile had 14 weeks in the top 10 in 2002. That monster hit included four tracks by Eminem, including the Oscar-winning “Lose Yourself.” Twilight beats two soundtracks that had 11 weeks in the winners’ circle, Chicago and Juno.
